- How to Motivate and Keep Employees From Leaving
We are following up on our last video about employee recruitment and retention and Neil and Greg Winteregg are addressing employee motivation. How do you keep your employees happy and sticking around? How do you make sure your valuable employees don't leave? Well, it all comes down to the Matterhorn philosophy of having fun at work and rewarding all members of the team.

Love it, would like to try for sure
Personally if you're idea of motivation and appreciation is solely dangling food. I'm going to reciprocate the condensing gesture
Good advice thanks so much
Thank you I learn a lot from you
Awesome
Great tips
Great video!
We all know it's don't micromanage and hand out bonuses and good off time.
I find this disgusting. Has anyone ever considered that it is not the employers job to babysit and entertain employees? Has anyone ever considered that it is employee responsibility to apply themselves and provide value to their employers? Who truly has a work ethic or sense of purpose anymore. If someone does not want to work, stop paying them. Where are those "inspiring" videos that tell employees that they should get off their proverbial lazy fat asses and apply themselves? What truly is so bad about employee turnover anyway?
