I agree with Nash that they should not put Punk and Roman together right now, for the same reason that they should not put Rock and Roman together right now. Roman should not be put with either of those guys while he is still champion. Both of those guys are so over and hot that they would have to come out on top. They have invested so much time and effort into Roman's title run that it needs to be used to build a new star. It would stupid to invest four years into a title run, only to have him drop it to someone that has held it multiple times already. That would be stupid, and would make the title run a complete waste of time. The title needs to go to someone like Cody, who needs it to move up the card. WWE has a golden opportunity to build a new top guy, and it would be stupid to have Roman drop the belt to someone that doesn't need it.

The underworld froze over
YUP felt the same about randy spot light taken.
love ya big kev, but never say never right? hogan coming back in 2002 as part of the nwo was a huge what if moment and it happened after a sour exit in 1993. same with warrior after all the bad blood between him and vince. never let egos get in the way of business.
Not to mention Bret and Scott Steiner
Cena is actually tied with Flair. He has won the WWE Championship 13 times and the world heavyweight champion 3 times.
actually, he's not. flair still has the record. he's won the title a few extra times. but they were house shows, not ppv or tv. even if some people didn't see it, it still happened. he talked about this recently on shannon sharpe's podcast.
Flair and Cena are tied at 16 world titles
I have to say I get such negative vibes from Kevin Nash. And I don't find most of what he says to be interesting. He was great in mid 90s WCW, but he can't really hang on the mic in 2023. Just my opinion.
You mean late 90s..?
Kevin Nash was only in WWE for more than a month because of Scott HBK and HHH. The guy was boring and injury prone
You’re talking about cm pink right..? Are you speciaI needs, bud?
@marcbasil Nash could never make a pop as loud as CM Punk. Nash is jealous of CM Punk like you 🤡
That reaction from Kev at the beginning is priceless.
I like how Big Kev always gives the best prospective since he's been in the business and knows what's goin on...... good show guys
Fight fought 67. Rank 7. Chest 45".weight 290. Heights 6'4".kash best wrestler.
A man who thinks the way at 50 as he did at 30 has just wasted 20 years of his life

Quoting someone else probably
In a speech/QnA in Europe mid to late 70s, had another fantastic take on how much time you actually have after you subtract sleeping eating refresher entertainment work hours etc..
Half the roster in WWE are late 30’s early 40’s , i think he’ll enjoy this run 13:49
But he did get injured twice in his short time in aew. Broken foot . Then tore his bicep or something shortly after he came back from the foot.
@@MrJjburgess11he’s always been a j0ke in the ring
@marcbasil I wouldn't say always. Undertakers last good match was against him at Wrestlemania. But Punks latest run has been sloppy to say the least.
does anyone not remember '' WWE Backstage '' Seth's '' fight me '' tweet to Punk back then , was the wwe trying to get guys to get him to come back, lol. this is OBV a work.
Definitely took from Randy. 💯
Did Nash actually compare Punk to a SERIAL RAPIST!?? WTF This coming from Kevin Nash! 🙄🤨
Not once has these two ever brought up the role the Bucks and the rest of the goofs in AEW, played
Sean : "What do you think about Punk's return?"
Nash : "Funny you mention one bill Phil. I was gossiping with Sean Waltman the other day and realized that I'm not the lowest drawing champion of all time. It's Drew McIntyre. I give Punk about 4 months before he loses it. He's not much of a draw. Never seen what others saw in him. He got under Paul's skin so bad that we said hey let's bury the guy. It's not like I cared about him because I totally don't. Dwayne is so much better. Detroit pizza is better than Chicago's. Since McCarthy and Santos is out of congress it makes me think that business is about to pick up. I love me a juicy steak and a nice glass of wine. But yeah, everyone knew who we were at the Marriott. All we had to do was wear our nWo shirt and boom."
Lol every retired wrestler's podcast sounds really punchy
Lol
The reason it felt so contrived is because it was.
Punk is about to be the biggest heel that WWE has seen in over a decade.
I tore my quad watching this
Hopefully we will get some good matches out of it before it all blows up like we know it will
Not everyone, but apparently you hope he does
It's weird how many old timers can't see the C(company) M(an) Punk storyline coming from all the gland handing and "it's good to be home".
These guys followed the situation in AEW, so why are we pretending like Punk was entirely to blame for what happened over there? You're treating it like Punk is an unhinged psychopath that's going to beat the shit out of ricochet in the back for doing back flips. That isn't the case.
To even insinuate that what happened backstage in AEW was anyone's fault but Tony Khan & his weak ass leadership, is laughable at best.
New branding for the pod is much better guys! Cleaner and more aimed towards your demographic in my opinion 🎉
11:09 the truth shall set you free!😎
Michael cole the enforcer
“get the fuck out” I’m fucking dead
Nash honestly comes across as a bitter jealous veteran of the business. Youve entered the realm of like Cornettes and disco inferno. Thats unfortunate
“Your feet don’t work” hahahhaha
Punk v. Rollins Night 1, Cody v. Roman Night 2, then set up Cody v. Randy at SummerSlam
Seth said it all when he drank a Pepsi for first time in years it's a show
Randy vs Roman at WM? You think they're gonna make Cody wait another year?? Nope
Randy v Roman at Rumble
