I use the charge shot and stealth burst like you But I use the echo reflector (It works for sans as it reflects enemy projectiles like an instant karma) And cant remember what it was called but it was the up specials weakest yet best recovery (no real link to sans...just a move to help regain)

the funniest part about cannon jump kick is that in sm4sh, its counterpart; cannon uppercut, had the description "An uppercut powered by a downward blast that can *dunk* airborne foes."
If they added an attack called bone strike that makes a bone shoot from the characters gun at the opponent, an attack called laser blast which is a small straight beam, and an invisible short range attack called burst push that bursts the target back without doing damage but if the target hits an item or another player it does a bit of damage. That way you have attacks that can be used for any character but fit perfectly with sans.
I agree on Lazer Blaze and Stealth Burst, but I prefer Arm Rocket because of its resemblance to a laser and Echo Reflector because it abstractly alludes to his Karmic Retribution. Though they do it in different ways, both ER and KR turn the enemy's attacks back on them.
Hi. I just want to talk about what Special moves I chose for a Sans Mii costume. for his down special I chose the echo reflector because I thought about how the bones protect him. And for his up special I picked the lunar launch because think about how he throws a bone down and launches up. And I made a good guess on the side special which is the stealth burst because the burst can be the bones coming up from the ground. And for the neutral special I picked the laser blast even though they don’t cause a lot of damage because Sans lasers are pretty fast and powerful and the charge blast also causes damage but I’m not sure if it’s fast enough so, yeah I chose the laser blast for the neutral special.
I feel like his Ultimate Smash should be this: Option 1: White box appears and everyone hit by is sent inside and slammed around like in Undertale, it would kinda be similar to Cook Kirby when everyone's put in the pot and takes damage. Option 2: Everyone close enough t him gets put in individual boxes that are then filed with bones and they take a small amount of damage, but very quickly like in Undertale. There are other attacks in smash that effect people individually as well. Option 3: He stops everyone in mid air, not allowing them to do anything. This would be a reference to his Special Attack in Undertale where he doesn't let the player get their turn. Option 4: The closest player to him gets sent flying off stage. It could randomly go up, left, or right. He just turns them blue, and telekinetically YEETS them off stage. Option 5: A cutscene where the person is in a void(or the judgement hall) with no one else but Sans. They are then surrounded by Gaster Blasters, and take a tone of damage from the blasts. The screen then whites out, and then fades back to the normal POV like it does with other cutscene final smashes that include explosions.
Dude sans is such a complex character he must be an actual character im so pissed its just a costume under the name of mii gunner, he has a lot of potential for attacks, final smash, voice even the logo of the fighter can be a pixelated heart, and when you win he can even say get dunked on.
The sad thing is they were planning on adding the glowing blue eye or "bad time" eye in the game, but it got scrapped for unknown reasons, the texture is left in the game.
Ima remix all the specials if you dont mind the first would be called the blaster that was made in the lab teleport would be called saving my spot the third would be called the timelines... the fourth would be boned down to the ground
For sans down b I would go for bomb drop because its similar to sans attacks in his genocide fight when he throws you on the ground and the warning sign appears

It's a stretch, but... what if when a mii gunner has any of the special costumes the announcer could read off their names like, they really only would need to say their name and add it to the victory screen. Really it's just me saying that because I really just want the announcer to say: The winner is... SANS! Or Vault boy or Cuphead I mean they only need to record one voice line for each costume.

For my Sans's voice I went with type 5 on Low, with pretty much the exact moveset you used.

My moveset for sans is the same as yours but the down special is the deflect move where you can repel moves, and i called it “missed me”
