As an actor, Alec had zero culpability. He would have been acquitted (or a hung jury at worst). He would not have been convicted.
And actor receives a gun. He is told it is "cold." He is not responsible for the live rounds which were loaded into it without his knowledge. Period.

In this case, because the bullets werent there, Alec had a bad case since no-one found more ammunition. So he is suspect of "adding" the bullet.
Now if these bullets WERE found, Alec would NEVER have been prosecuted.
In my honest opinion-he should not have been charged of this. It’s is sad that this person lost her life- he was not responsible for checking the weapon. It was supposed to be blanks in there. Giving him and his family so much stress over something that he should not be charged with.
Totally agree. It was clear that he felt absolutely horrible for what happened. I feel so bad for everyone involved.
Im sure that the family is bummed that case didnt go to the jury.

Alec was acting an paid someone to take the safety precautions so that he only needed to focus on acting. This whole case was disgusting and had nothing to do with him

She was brought in at the last minute because the state decided that Morrissey couldn't handle the case alone...which it turns out she couldnt

the "I don't recall" Sheriff department would have used this prosecutor as a shield to deflect their evidence manipulation. Johnson smartly bailed out before investigators could implement her in their corrupt testimonies.
I don't think he should have been charged for Murder. But I do feel he's responsible for the safety concerns on the set. He was a producer and had a certain level of responsibility to make sure everyone felt safe on set.

This was the eighth outcome because Alec Baldwin should never have been charged. He could not possibly be guilty under the law.
He killed the female leaving a boy without a mother. Killing someone is against the law. If he followed gun safety she would be alive today. NEVER POINT A FIREARM AT ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT TO DISTROY even if you think it is unloaded.
