I've noticed that here in the US there is still significant stigma around talking about periods candidly, which can result in so many women not knowing what is normal, when to seek out medical intervention, what to look for, etc. Thank you for your candor.
Omg I'm excited for gamer Lisa! I would def recommend starting on a gaming laptop since they're much cheaper and then maybe invest in a pc later on. A lot of console games eventually come to pc so I wouldn't worry about missing out on games and you can also use an Xbox or PlayStation controller with a laptop. I personally use a Lenovo and it works really well and wasn't too expensive

I think it's OK to feel sad or depressed sometimes, even if your life's really good. Depression isn't necessarily dependent on how bad or good your circumstances are but can also be influenced by factors like brain chemistry, where you are in your menstrual cycle/what's going on with hormones, emotional/physical burnout etc. But I'm glad you're feeling better!
I would definitely say that the at-home vlogs are great! I cannot say that I don’t like the going out type of vlogs, but I definitely feel so comfortable and feel like you treat us like a friend especially when you are at home speaking to us. For example, the moment you spoke to us as you ate mc donalds 😂♥️
About gaming, I recently bought a switch and I really enjoy it. There are tons of games to choose from and they are releasing new games all the time, so I really think you should try one if you are unsure about if its only a phase since its pretty cheap compared to many other gaming setups and it still offers a wide range of games etc so u will definitely find games that u enjoy :)
one of my sisters had an IUD for a while & she is now regretting it bc she says sometimes her uterus hurts even when she does something as simple as stretch (she has been to her doctor about it of course). & as far as your mental health being affected, it’s very possible it was the IUD. i’ve heard pleenttyyy of stories where ladies didn’t feel like themselves + it made their hormones crazy. I think you made a good decision girl💕

Girl yes, they say if your period symptoms are rough normally, don’t get the copper iud bc it intensifies cramps and the flow is much heavier. I was going to get the copper iud but switched to Mirena last second.

I also want to add, the birth control that has been working for me is the nexplanon. The implant that is inserted into your arm that lasts 3 years. I’m sure they’re lasting up to 5 years now. It’s been pretty good with me and I’ve been on it since I was 17 and am now 25. Only side effects I had were irregular periods and food cravings. I took a break from it for a year to give my body a break and nothing drastic happened. It doesn’t work for everyone though.
i don’t like the idea of hormonal contraceptives as i’m so sensitive to it and don’t want to deal with for example food cravings 🥴 for now i’m good with using nothing haha

i think the switch is better and safe yes. I do play league of legends and valorant but honestly when you are not "addict" you going to play only when you have TIME, real time, not 10-20 minutes between 2 rendez-vous. And lastly, the switch is less expensive and you can resell it really fast

I’ve got the kyleena put in and it was probably the best decision , the hormones in it get rid of your period basically because they thin the lining of your uterus. It might not work for everyone but it is definitely worth the try!
If you're unsure about gaming or starting in general id recommend a console like a playstation because they have more games than switch,, PC setups are suuuuuper expensive. i play PC but it is definitely an investment. edit: you could also get a gaming laptop. they are expensive too but way cheaper than an entire setup with peripherals etc. and with the current state GPU's are in you will likely be dropping 1000,- on that single component alone so definitely not the time to start a PC setup
for you gaming setup you can just get a laptop! I got the Asus VivoBook KM513IA specifically for valorant and the sims 4 and honestly its great and the price is good for the quality since its not a gaming laptop but it works as good as one. You can honestly try any asus laptop cuz shes a good and trust worthy brand!
