In this video, I will be showing you how to make Chicken 65, and for the vegetarian people I have made Cauliflower 65. Both of these dishes taste amazing, why go to a restaurant when you can make it at home. This is a super simple recipe that is perfect for a family gathering. Please enjoy watching and making this Super Delicious Chicken 65/Cauliflower 65 :)
Chicken 65 ingredients:
Chicken breast - 3
Salt - ½ tablespoon
Egg - 1
Cauliflower 65 ingredients:
Cauliflower - ½
Yoghourt - 1 tablespoon
Baking powder - a pinch
Salt - ¼ teaspoon
Batter mix ingredients:
Flour - 1 cup
Corn flour - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons
Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
Food colouring
Some Oil ( To fry)
Some lemon juice (to garnish)
