- In this video, I will be showing you a SOUPER Healthy & Tasty Chicken Soup. This soup has lots of vegetables and is really good during the cold & flu season. It is super tasty and my family loved it! Please enjoy watching and making this SOUPER Tasty Chicken Soup
Chicken soup ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Leek - 1
Carrots - 2
A handful of baby potatoes
Celery - 1
Some sweetcorn
Dried red chillies - 5
Salt - 2 teaspoons
A little turmeric powder
Black peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
Garlic cloves - 4
Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 1
Water - 3L
Corn flour - 1 teaspoon (with some water)
Croutons ingredients:
Some bread
Some salt
Some garlic powder
Some black pepper

That's a wonderful, soothing chicken soup for the cold weather. A filling soup too with all the vegetables added. It's bad weather in Malaysia also. Heavy rainfall during the afternoons or evenings. I prepare chicken soup using village fowls( natu koli) I add a bit of pounded ginger together with all the other spices. Yes, all the spices that you have added relieves you of cold and cough.
