Quick and East to Make Clamping Squares!

These clamping squares are made from 18mm scrap Plywood but you can use any wood you like. The sizes are not critical since you can make to match your needs and clamps. You can use a bandsaw, jigsaw or table saw to make them, Its very important to make sure the Tri angel is exactly square/90 degrees, else the glue-ups will not be 90 degrees. The slotted holes should be big enough to fit your clamps. Mine was made with 25mm Fostner bit. You can give a coat of sanding sealer or poly urethane, it should help with squeeze out

Good point, but not everyone has cnc, so I show quick and easy build method👍🏻
