@@MicarahTewers I am pretty sure everyone just thought you had a duck named Stanley who you regretted not being closer to. Unsure if it was Marvel he hated (or if he was a war hero). Lamenting about how you chose the wrong tribute to him, but you were forging ahead because you already spent money on your outfit. Like how someone might talk about an out of-state Grandpa they only saw once a year at Christmas. It was all very expected Micarah behavior...when it comes to the funeral of a third-favorite duck anyways. Hopefully you would have been more alarmed if an animal had carried off the body of a human in your backyard.

The cool thing about Stan lee is that he didn’t care what comics came from. He was a supporter of DC as well as Marvel! He just wanted people to enjoy the comics people made, no matter what it was from! Also he did some cameos for DC movies too!
