Mind blown! I've been looking to find a new paradigm for my health. This conversation will help me to new and better health. Thank you very much! Cheers!
Great interview Matthew, but I have still not heard one interview on "Recovery" where they actually define it, or show how they measure it on each member before determining what recovery modality or modalities they will suggest, then prove it's effectiveness, so that member's and clients demand it, becuause of how much value it provides them. Just looking for data and analytics to show how you determine what a client/member actually needs, then re-testing or measuring them to prove it has any beneifit for them. 🤔
Vman, we did define it in this podcast. We view recovery as the ability to successfully move fluid through the soft and hard tissues of the body, blood, lymph and water are the fluids we are referring to. Delivering nutrients, hormones, oxygen and water to the cells and then removing the toxins from pods stress within the body is what allows you to recover. We make it easy for our clients to make their own choice on modalities once they understand fluid flow. The problem is always going to be, whether a facility adds some of the bigger expense items under the "recovery" banner that people feel good using but dont necessarily move the fluid or give the recovery that they are looking for. When it comes to recovery, simpler and cheaper is usually a good guide

Thanks for the positive feedback 🙏
Recovery is foremost proper nutrition, rest and sleep while controlling sleep. Heat and cold therapy are pleasant diversions but not necessity. 🏋♂️
