I think there's one category in disorganized attachment and trauma that needs to be addressed: those whose trauma has been caused or intensified by therapists. Dan Brown is great for admitting what doesn't work: he notes that those with disorganized attachment can have their condition made worse by focusing on the trauma in healing. But this also gets the disorganized response focused on those in the therapists position or anyone using therapy-speak or having the performative calming, neutral voice. It seems in this area the "do no harm" should have a little more focus.
I really recommend you read his Attachment Disturbances in Adults book- there's much in there about iatrogenic harm. It's a great book 😊 Hope it helps you.
Very interesting point around 19:30 min mark. I was wondering if you could suggest any resources on the longing trauma of dismissive leaning people and the shame attachment itself might trigger for them. Thanks for all that you do 🙏

He was such a treasure, and I use his knowledge and work as a major basis for my work with clients.
I’ve been to the attachment project website. It’s very impressive!
It really is!
