Will put Elder goddess in their places with no issue, try to play them both, got the Ln'eta crazy for him enough to be jealous, made even a showboat royal Machiavellian Estir simp for him **_TWICE,_** and got the NyanNyan goddess aunt of them all to just see fighting this **_LUST_** only makes it stronger!* John Constantine has a long lost brother he never got to know uh.

2:09:07 Just the way she replied with "What." And Manly calmy replies with "Ye" was just funny to me. I also had a suspicion that he was going to say either lust or love, but I didn't expect to be right and wrong.
I find it interesting how the protag keeps proclaiming how lustful he is, but then only asks for smooches. Like, Ln'eta even offers to "spoil him" more than once, and he's just not having that.
Ln'eta's Awake 2 ending had me tearing up. She's so much sweeter than she has any right to be. Begging us to let us stay in this dream a little longer and that she doesn't have to wake up now but we tell her that so long as she thinks of us, we will always exist in her dreams. Once you get past the whole eldrich horror thing, it's actually rather sweet.

But I think part of the reason I like Estir's VA so much is that the voice was supposed to be annoying, so she managed to pull it off consistently without getting too annoying. But I can see how someone wouldn't like it.

(She makes me think of Mirage from Aladdin) I sorta wanted to hear the mature Japanese woman's laugh ala "fufufufufufufu" in contrast to Estir's noblewoman's laugh of "ohhh-hohohoho" which MBAH is familiar with. Ln'eta feels more saccharine , overly sweet mommy dom. She questions you ...even when she ALREADY knows what you've done , and has seen right through you.
I can`t get over how GODLY is the diction of these voice actresses. Estire sounds amazing when reciting the play and lets not mention the fact that they can actually pronounce that sauce. Even with multiple tries, I cannot pronounce it in a sentence to save my life.
Means you're American, the Brits pronounce it Whooster-shire-sauce and since Worchester is originally an English town... they're probably right in the pronunciation department.
I love the entire premise of this. The point is, the character, as is written on his chest, is only named "D", a reference to the fact that the only emotion he feels is Lust. This is also all the Eldrich Gods know him as, so they have to come up with a name for him based on that. Darling, Dearest, Dog, Dick, Detroit, all valid names. It is then revealed that after he summoned the first Eldrich God, he began invading the dreams of all other gods, such as a myth may enter ours. In a way, he is an Eldrich Horror's Eldrich Horror.

This MC is a Intelligence + Wisdom build - gotta survive encounters with eldritch horrors and perform their rituals long enough to smooch them. They both also have a ton of charisma - gotta survive encounters with things that could easily kill you, and making them like you is a good way to do that. (I actually lol'd at your comment, by the way.)
This seems like it’s gonna be a series of games definitely. Honestly, even though Nyan only has one sprite, her chapter was definitely my favorite with the bit of a boss battle, really cool.
The whole boss battle idea is so cool. I’d love to see a game that solely revolves around following directions from a tome to counter esoteric creatures and spells.

I kinda was under the impression that the girls in the game are somehow related to the OG Old Ones. Especilly since Ln'Etta refers to herself as a star spawn, and those are Cthulhu's offspring iirc
Okay, it's impressive how this singular human being is able to flatter and juggle all these Eldritch gods into giving him smooches. I want an ending where Zeus comes out of nowhere and proudly makes him a god purely for this skill alone.
Here's the thing, the most powerful Lovecraftian God that Nyanlothotep (Nyarlothotep originally) is speaking of is not like these others who have their own existence, rather the last and most powerful one is Azathoth, the Dreamer. Azathoth's story is that they are the ONLY true entity in existence, and that our reality depends on them remaining asleep. So if our protagonist figures out how to contact them, that might be a real ending for all of the universe they exist in.
In Lovecraft's writing there is no indication that Azathoth will ever wake up -or what will happen if he does. That idea is a conflation of Azathoth with Lord Dunsany’s Mana-Yood-Sushai (which might be an influence). MYS is kept sleeping by musicians "for if he cease for an instant then MANA-YOOD-SUSHAI will start awake, and there will be worlds nor gods no more."

This game’s surprisingly cool. Since the reality you live in is gone, considering which Eldritch being is dreaming about you currently, you are named what they refer to you as.
I honestly think it still exists as long as an eldritch horror dreams of it. Since my understanding is they dream any reality or dimensions up everytime they sleep meaning any choices, outcomes, or ending is technically cannon.
Only in this context, the Shepard is doomed to be haunted by one particular lamb in their livestock that will always put itself back together after the slaughter has commenced and return to taunt them with the fact that, no matter how many times they try to slaughter them, the Shepard will never escape the lamb’s lust.
Yeah no, the main character is actually a smooth voiced eldritch being himself, stalking the dreams of lesser eldritch beings by posing as a lustful human willing to end realities for a simple smooch. Either that or he'll end up being one by the end of the journey he has set himself on at the end of this game.
Auntie Nyan Nyan wakes up in a cold sweat, glad to be away from Dog until she sleeps again. "Well. This is new." Fear creeps up her body. Unadulterated fear. Something that was so foreign to her just a few months ago. She shakily, slow turned her head back towards her bed. "Hello, Auntie N! I followed you home." The scream that resulted was enough to awaken every Eldritch being within earshot.
I can't get over how the MC used pronouncing Worcestershire sauce to discover the king in yellow. I relate because no matter how hard I try I can't pronounce it. Also the play scenes are awesome. The VA knocks it out the part.
I had high hopes for the other Lovecraftian ladies after being such a fan of Ln'eta, and I am not disappointed. Estir, the King In Yellow, the Oujo-Sama, was quite fun. I loved how it's built off Ln'eta's route, letting you get more of Ln'eta while still allowing Estir to shine thanks to her mechanics being different. The ending variety definitely adds to it, Estir even has arguably the happiest ending of any of the routes, that King In White ending genuinely surprised me. Of course, then we have the tall glass of catgirl herself, Nyanlathotep. I have a hunch I can guess some of the fanart she'll spark. Mechanically, I love her route. It's the scariest this game gets just because you've had so much time of the game balancing dating sim with reminders of eldritch nightmares, and then she just throws a dozen curses at you to contend with. Auntie Nyan Nyan herself also being amusing helps as well. As for the obvious allusions to a sequel, confirming there's fifty cosmic cuties to me... while I highly doubt they are actually going to cover all fifty across however many games, I know I'll be all too happy to buy and play each and every sequel. This was a blast.
Well, yes, this is Nyarlethotep we're talking about. Of course it's going to be horrifying. Personally, I can't wait to either become the step-father of a thousand young or go full Whately.
I also loved Estir's route. Mainly her perfomance, for some reason the light effects, the spotlight, the classical but epic music and her letter is just so good, it had me replaying it for quite some time, got a new passion/obsession for... That kind of performance? (Idk it's name, but most theatrical performances I've seen weren't so lively and royal, the developer surely knew what he was doing.)

The dude basicaly sacrificed a thousand of universe to smootch his eldritch waifu over and over again. Dude lust and act are so strong he basicaly imposed himself to the reality BETWEEN THE REALITY, making him a partial "lovecraftian divine being". Dude is basicaly Sangoku going Ultra instinct but with a boner.
Being completely real, ignoring his comical thirst, that man just did a complete reversal and made a primordial god fear him in one fell swoop. He didn’t even need to reel it all back in with the dating callback, that was just the final blow. Genuinely didn’t expect this man of all people to have a unironically badass moment
its great how he says an incredible and poignant thing about the strongest emotions to a human being the drive to further yourself and do whats good for humanity, but in the complete dumbass bishie himbo way that he embodies
Interesting part is, he can back it up. Yeah, he is basically nonexistent for eldritch gods in terms of power, but as long as at least one of them dreams about him, he will return again and again until the end of times

Not exactly, though, since they most likely know the consequences of eldritch-human love. They probably want things to end as quick as possible, and wake the real big baddie of the universe up.
I think that it's because they are so mysterious and chaotic, reminds me of that sentence from "lupin" about a person that is only known for their actions but not their face

Like, it could happen in a week, it could happen in billions and billions of years after there are no more humans alive anymore. Even Eldrichkind doesn't know how long that would take, they're just afraid of it happening...which in some crazy roundabout way, makes them less like immortal gods, and more like us; makes them mortal and finite
For something that basically started as an elaborate shitpost, this really became so much more. It was hilarious, heartfelt, weirdly inspiring, and the romance was surprisingly well written! I hope we see more of this someday. I'm actually genuinely invested in this.
Muu best wingwoman. If the game creator actually does make another, Muu better get in on the smooching action. With regard to how I found each of the routes, I more or less agree with your reviews on them. The King in Yellow stuff seemed like just a retread of Ln’eta’s stuff, but I could take it as character building stuff for Estir, and she’s cute as a theater geek. Nyanlathotep’s looked the most fun, though, and it was pretty much just adding some pressure to what you would already do for the other girls. What I liked the most was the changing book, though; the jump scares in Ln’eta’s part (her spooking you or the book’s pages getting SPOOKY), in particular, were what drew me in. For these visual novel games, interface screws are real fun to watch.

She was forced to write the banishment spell for Nyanlatothep as well, but she managed to trick her with a book that teached how to deal with Nyanla when exposed to black light. Loving the fact that Estir and Ln'eta are at odds. It's a nice touch to the Cthulhu mythos, especially taking in that Hastur and Cthulhu (the respective gods both lovely ladies are based on) are, in fact, siblings who absolutely despise each other.

I love the “He was Serious” ending! It’s basically awesome and the Main Character was soo persistent on getting married, and manly just played it out, Oscar Worthy! Also thanks for the likes, wasn’t expecting this to have almost 1k 😅.
This series is freaking wholesome, knowing how much this game had grown after adding those two character make me realise that this game is capable of being a series haha
The part I love is the fact that this man, by all reasonable accounts, is basically eldergod damn immortal because these women will keep having dreams about him so long as he keeps impressing them. To include every reality. Kind of makes sense in regards to the realities he breaks their hearts too, since those would effectively be nightmares.

Im pretty sure the protagonist is an eldritch god himself or an avatar of one. He is just known as ??? (Trailer), D (litteraly on him), and his nicknames (also in Ds). And he survives many attempts, do not go crazy... And is hot as heck.

Y'know, i was curious how they were gonna make 'hastur' a feminine name, and 'estir' is actually a pretty good femenisation of it in my opinion. Also ive liked the king in yellow since i learned about it, so had an instant attachment to estir lol I absolutely would have wifed her n made her the king in white as well lol. Auntie Nyan Nyan is pretty cool too, and the fact the protag was able to scare the hell out of her was hilarious. I do hope they make more, maybe not the full 50 of the pantheon, for their own sanity, but maybe like, a few more of the more famous ones like shub, and yog, before some big sendoff by waking up azathoth, which is probably who auntie was referring to. That and muu needs a cameo, we need to congratulate this absolute Chad, basically setting up blind dates with these eldritch beauties, or in auntie's case survival guide.
Ln'eta's begging dude not to leave her...the desperate pleading and negotiation for compromise at her expense, the sobs in between everything she says leading up to the goodbye... *HNNNNG* why the hell am I tearing up from a love story about friggin CTHULU ENDING THE WORLD?! Also, the king's portion of the video makes me think that maaaybe I should look into theatre or drama or whatever that type of play is called. The way they speak during the performance kind of draws your attention. I could barely keep up as far as processing what they were saying from drama to English, but GOD did it sound sexy af while they were doing it!
Honestly, it’s quite Shakespearean. Shakespeare was meant to be performed, rather than read in a book. It has a rhythm and cadence, poetry almost like a song, and there are few things more awesome than sinking your teeth into a juicy Shakespearean role. Source: I played Puck in Midsummer Night’s Dream and had a BLAST!
I think Muu deserves the biggest smooch for allowing us to play this game properly. Also we are definitely getting smooches from the other gods. Can't just create lore like that and leave it.

She actually ends up crying about the ending I put a time stamp for and she noted that in the bloopers you can hear her sniffling cuz she wanted Ln’eta to be happy

It's like seeing 2 parts fighting each other for the other to win, MC got the winning hand and give the victory to Ln'eta. A little sad but wholesome as a whole
I love how they portrayed his character somewhat reasonably like how he complains to things and kept his mouth running sometimes meaning he isn't perfect but is good enough at what he does

But I think part of the reason I like Estir's VA so much is that the voice was supposed to be annoying, so she managed to pull it off consistently without getting too annoying. I love the entire premise of this. The point is, the character, as is written on his chest, is only named "D", a reference to the fact that the only emotion he feels is Lust. This is also all the Eldrich Gods know him as, so they have to come up with a name for him based on that. Darling, Dearest, Dog, Dick, Detroit, all valid names. It is then revealed that after he summoned the first Eldrich God, he began invading the dreams of all other gods, such as a myth may enter ours. In a way, he is an Eldrich Horror's Eldrich Horror.

Here's the thing, the most powerful Lovecraftian God that Nyanlothotep (Nyarlothotep originally) is speaking of is not like these others who have their own existence, rather the last and most powerful one is Azathoth, the Dreamer. Azathoth's story is that they are the ONLY true entity in existence, and that our reality depends on them remaining asleep. So if our protagonist figures out how to contact them, that might be a real ending for all of the universe they exist in.
In Lovecraft's writing there is no indication that Azathoth will ever wake up -or what will happen if he does. That idea is a conflation of Azathoth with Lord Dunsany’s Mana-Yood-Sushai (which might be an influence). MYS is kept sleeping by musicians "for if he cease for an instant then MANA-YOOD-SUSHAI will start awake, and there will be worlds nor gods no more."

I honestly think it still exists as long as an eldritch horror dreams of it. Since my understanding is they dream any reality or dimensions up everytime they sleep meaning any choices, outcomes, or ending is technically cannon.

I had high hopes for the other Lovecraftian ladies after being such a fan of Ln'eta, and I am not disappointed. Estir, the King In Yellow, the Oujo-Sama, was quite fun. I loved how it's built off Ln'eta's route, letting you get more of Ln'eta while still allowing Estir to shine thanks to her mechanics being different. The ending variety definitely adds to it, Estir even has arguably the happiest ending of any of the routes, that King In White ending genuinely surprised me.
Of course, then we have the tall glass of catgirl herself, Nyanlathotep. I have a hunch I can guess some of the fanart she'll spark. Mechanically, I love her route. It's the scariest this game gets just because you've had so much time of the game balancing dating sim with reminders of eldritch nightmares, and then she just throws a dozen curses at you to contend with. Auntie Nyan Nyan herself also being amusing helps as well. As for the obvious allusions to a sequel, confirming there's fifty cosmic cuties to me... while I highly doubt they are actually going to cover all fifty across however many games, I know I'll be all too happy to buy and play each and every sequel. This was a blast.
And by god, I will be waiting for that fan-art.

For something that basically started as an elaborate shitpost, this really became so much more. It was hilarious, heartfelt, weirdly inspiring, and the romance was surprisingly well written! I hope we see more of this someday. I'm actually genuinely invested in this.

With regard to how I found each of the routes, I more or less agree with your reviews on them. The King in Yellow stuff seemed like just a retread of Ln’eta’s stuff, but I could take it as character building stuff for Estir, and she’s cute as a theater geek. Nyanlathotep’s looked the most fun, though, and it was pretty much just adding some pressure to what you would already do for the other girls.
What I liked the most was the changing book, though; the jump scares in Ln’eta’s part (her spooking you or the book’s pages getting SPOOKY), in particular, were what drew me in. For these visual novel games, interface screws are real fun to watch.

Loving the fact that Estir and Ln'eta are at odds. It's a nice touch to the Cthulhu mythos, especially taking in that Hastur and Cthulhu (the respective gods both lovely ladies are based on) are, in fact, siblings who absolutely despise each other.

The first play through I watched of this game was actually Michaela playing it! She even had her V-Tuber model wearing Ln’eta’s clothing!
She actually ends up crying about the ending I put a time stamp for and she noted that in the bloopers you can hear her sniffling cuz she wanted Ln’eta to be happy
