what? it's not illegal here, my mom threatened to put me out all the time at 16, im 17, she still could kick me out if she wanted to or i could leave and get a job and unrealistically stay in an apartment by myself, like who tf in the legal system actucally cares, ik know lots of people my age that have bad parents literally just live by themselves or several people they know and they're not all 18, can't you walk away from your family in court
@@radicalgal it is legal to move out of the home at 16 with parent permission, but the parents cant forcibly kick you out at 16, you have to choose to move out afaik (this varies state by state btw but i believe most are like this)

The mom didn't even know about that, Plus that doesn't justify Nicole being an asshole.
The brother might be a disappointment but as far as the mom is aware he isn't bad enough for her to kick him out. Nicole has been nothing but a little shit for the longest of time and it's clear everything the mom attempts to do is not getting through to her.
I'm not saying she necessarily did the right thing by kicking her out, But it's clear Nicole refuses to listen.
