I love how he basically made the video a Naboo history lesson, and still had time to squeeze in it’s relevant battle from the Clone Wars.

Why didn't the Jedi and the Republic used electro staffs and electro bombs after the Gungans managed to neutralize Grievous of all things is beyond me.
Because usually the only people who can get close to grievous without being made into confetti are jedi
Also because he is a proud coward and will rarely leave safty making it hard to attack him personally
Plus the republic didnt delve too deeply into electro weapons since they also affected the clones gear making both forces near useless

@@luisemoralesfalcon4716 i think its explained in another video (and almost certainly a comic) that the clones rely heavily on the hud in their helmet in order to not aim like a storm trooper

Droid poppers where electromagnetic grenades that the clones would use to quickly shut down large groups of droids. However, occasionally the droids would reactivate afterwards and would resume firing. Making the grenades somewhat unreliable.
This is getting out of hand. Now there's two of them!

What if anakin and grievous were never traded and killed off. Clone wars would come to an end quicker, and no more apprentice for palps.

Quinlan Vos, Savage, Maul, Ventress, Doku, Barriss, Krell, there would have been many options for the role of the apprentice.

I wonder if Palpie knew of this plan by Dooku and how pissed he was when he learned. Putting in danger a potential apprentice and a key to destroying the Jedi probably didn't fly well with him.
This was one of TCW's few flaws, it portrayed the CIS as almost always being in the wrong.
Well they were under the control of the Sith and just a pawn in Palpatine's games
Alan I have a request! I went back and watched this episode and really I was quite shocked at Padme's reaction. She acted really indifferent to the fact that Anakin was captured. I would've thought that she would have lost it and wouldn't have hesitated at all on wanting to trade Grievous for Anakin. This along with how she acted around Senator Clovus and encouraged his flirtations got me wondering.... did she really love Anakin or did she marry him for some other reason? Could you please do a video on this?
I mean I am pretty sure that she knows Anakin has a habbit of getting out of these kinds of situations. Plus she probably just focused on the strategic picture than letting emotions affect her.

Basically, Padme did what she told Anakin not to do, chose betraying the Republic in order to save the other's life. Essentially, her decision directly lent itself to the creation of the Empire. Plus, giving up Grievous completely undermined General Tarpals' incredible and noble sacrifice. That part really hurt. Way to go, Padme.
Jar Jar was the one that convinced Padme to do the trade so he obviously did it for Palps overall plan... so it wasn't love, Jar Jar was like "Ani's our friend" so Padme did it...
Now we know where Palps got his "Dew it" from.

I still want to see an origin story of how Star Wars came to be, for example, what planet were the Humans originally from in the Star Wars galaxy, and how did they invent ships that allow them to go through hyper space, it would be really cool to see a Star Wars film that takes plane in their early Galactic history.
Heck I want to see a film that shows us who the first force sensitive person was and how the Jedi order started.
I know it's not cannon anymore, but there are comics about early galactic history that explains the origin of hyperspace travel and the human expansion throughout the galaxy.
Look into the Rakatan empire, and play KOTOR :)
Cyber Silver I know, but I don’t care about Legends, I want cannon material, I am a huge fan of Star Wars, but only because if it’s amazing story, anything that isn’t cannon is Not important to me.
So I’m hoping that they can release some movie, or novel that can give us answers about the past, kinda like that Project Luminous is going to do! 🥰

Its not a civil war if it is two seperate distinct nations/species fighting each other a Gungan civil war would be Gungan v Gungan more correct definition of this would be Gungan-Naboo Conflict.

This will get buried but I believe that anakin was more important than they gave him credit for, not only was he one of the best fighters the republic had he was also one of the beat tacticians in the war. also his numerous victories as well as palpatine influence had made him the poster boy of the war. Losing him would have been a huge blow to the morale of both the troops and the populace.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but Jar Jar was actually the one that influenced Padme to trade Grievous and Anakin. Therefore, Padme gets her Anakin back, and Grievous is basically set free, all thanks to Jar Jar. Might be a little Darth Jar Jar hint.

the first Battle of Naboo was just the Trade Federations Droid Army...Not the Seperatists, The Seperatist Crisis was almost 10 years after this where the Clone Wars begins.. although it's obvious the Federation used their B1 Battle Droid and Destroyer/Driodeka designs for the Seperatist Droid Army...matter of fact during Phantom Menace, Count Dooku is still a Jedi and hasnt even left the order yet until the end of the movie atleast..

throughout the Clone Wars Grievous and Anakin never meet until the battle of Coruscant. Even during this prisoner trade Anakin is unconscious and Grievous just doesn't care.
Yeah it is a shame, the closest thing we have to how they would interact is from Battlefront II (2017).
