    Your cues were spot on. The bent over pulses was the exercise I was allowing my shoulders to roll forward, and then you said not to let your shoulders hang in front of you (or something to that effect). After correcting my mistake I could really feel a difference. Very beneficial for those of us with prior shoulder injuries. Thanks Marischa!

    This time, I used 2kg weights and it was tough but goodness me, what a great outing for arms, back and core. enjoyed the new movements too. Upper body strength is a challenge - to which I shall return!

    I'm really trying to bring weights and strength training into my routine and not just do cardio everyday. This is definitely a workout I'll save in my library and come back to!

    Super effective workout to strengthen the arms, upper body. Great for #workfromhome mode to loosen the tense back muscles and stretch! 💪 👍

    I could really feel the burn! I usually use heavier weight but mostly could only use 8 lbs for this one. Great workout!

    Glad I did this with light weights, easier to get proper technique. really thorough and enjoyable. Better for me the second time through, maybe being more warmed up and 'knowing' the exercises. Definitely helps with #lockdown computer shoulders! Plus helps build that (for me) elusive upper body strength.

    Hi Marischa. I tried this workout today... Great exercises for my shoulders.. I used 2 kg dumbbells. I wanted to know what weights should I exactly use...should I use light weights only? Your suggestions will be helpful. Thank you 😊

      Yes, lights weights are key so you can keep a good posture! Start with 0,5 or 1 kg :) Marischa

      I tried 5 lbs but couldn’t do it so downgraded to 3 lbs and even so, I got fatigued after certain workouts. Guess I need to do more to train up those muscles!

      Hello Finny! I think they were 2 KG, so you saw that correct. But, it was my third workout I was recording in 35 degrees Celcius, so I have excuses ;) Marischa
