Your cues were spot on. The bent over pulses was the exercise I was allowing my shoulders to roll forward, and then you said not to let your shoulders hang in front of you (or something to that effect). After correcting my mistake I could really feel a difference. Very beneficial for those of us with prior shoulder injuries. Thanks Marischa!
This time, I used 2kg weights and it was tough but goodness me, what a great outing for arms, back and core. enjoyed the new movements too. Upper body strength is a challenge - to which I shall return!
I'm really trying to bring weights and strength training into my routine and not just do cardio everyday. This is definitely a workout I'll save in my library and come back to!

Glad I did this with light weights, easier to get proper technique. really thorough and enjoyable. Better for me the second time through, maybe being more warmed up and 'knowing' the exercises. Definitely helps with #lockdown computer shoulders! Plus helps build that (for me) elusive upper body strength.

I tried 5 lbs but couldn’t do it so downgraded to 3 lbs and even so, I got fatigued after certain workouts. Guess I need to do more to train up those muscles!

Yes, lights weights are key so you can keep a good posture! Start with 0,5 or 1 kg :) Marischa
