    Upper body strength is not a...strength, so this was a very approachable way to build it. Marischa's cheerfulness is not hyped (a relief!) and helps keep you going. Great stretching cooldown too.

      It depends a bit on your goals and how you are feeling for the day. Doing the cardio is no prerequisite for the dumbbell workout. Did this answer the question?
