    When I bought my 16 Husky TE with 90hours on it, I stripped the bike down just like you've done to grease ALL the chassis bearings, change the wheel bearings and service\tune the suspension. Luckily for me the original did a piston change at 80 hours... I didn't have to deal with that

    • @bensmith8125
      @bensmith8125 3 роки тому +2

      Main benefit would be not overheating, and the weight is usually lower compared to the same displacement 4 stroke.

    • @jord6658
      @jord6658 3 роки тому +4

      They are very hard to flame out (stall) compared to 4 strokes, they make better usable power down low, and now with modern two strokes and the adjustability of the powervalve the power is very linear and usable compared to the two strokes of the past. No more wild hit of sudden power.

      @@villesoinine9634 the smaller bore 2 stroke bikes dont have the same low down grunt the bigger 2 strokes have for sure, most of the 200cc and up bikes allso have flywheel weights that keep the engine rotating and it's hard to kill them. Are you going to fix the issue with the 2017's and the kick starter idler gear bolt being too short? I've read you can brake the case if you kick it over hard. Nice bike I have the exact same one I picked up last year with 40hrs for a steal. I haven't gotten around to fixing the idler gear bolt on mine yet as I have never even used the kick starter.

    So I bought a 2019 125(I am 18). The thing of it is before this I have never rode a dirt bike. Call me stupid call me smart I idc would like to know your feedback. I just want to know. I am able to run it decently ok but I did pull a wheely yesterday and fell right off the back and I'm sitting here at 2:30 in the morning wondering if I shouldn't have. I know I didn't have my weight over the tank and that is probably why I went down. Just have a fear that I bought to much bike.

    • @dirtniron
      @dirtniron  3 роки тому

      I think you got a good bike to learn on, dont sell it and keep riding. This is how you learn, you need to know what bike is capable of and how to keep it under control to avoid injuries. Its good to build certain respect for the power of the bike, it can bite you if you abuse it.. so just keep riding, take it easy, improve one by one and have tons of fun!
