So glad the show's back! I learn more from these shows than reading National Geographic, Playboy, Modern Musician, and Better Homes & Gardens combined.
I had a friend who would look up anything he was interested in, or thought his friends were interested in......these Roth Shows give that same type of information, with a lot of personal input that makes it DLR.......fun, almost like sitting on the porch in the rocking chair listening to what went on all the years we had our own careers, ......but still keeping our own careers and lives going on..........:)
Dave is one of a kind! Many imitators but none ever came close to Dave, a true talent

Dave I'm that same kid who commented 4 years ago on your other videos back when you first took a break from Roth Show-ing, I was what like 15? I'm 19 now gonna be 20 and I'm a lot better at playing instruments, I joined a mariachi band for a short time and learned a lot. But aye man I appreciate you coming back man. Yeah it was 4 years man but thats a lot for me, man you're a miracle worker. Really I mean that, you take a break but you're back and I wanna let you know you inspire me to contribute as much as I can. But you do more than that and have done way more than that and I respect that but yeah I don't know you inspire me and you doing these podcasts, it makes me feel good about my future man, I don't usually worry too much about that my dad works at a law firm but I wanna get into music, you know I had all my friends watch Superfly 1972 and they like that one better than the new one its funny, but no I wanna get into music I play guitar and bass and you being active like this it makes me really wanna go for it, even tho you guys did it already there's room for me since I don't know too many people my age getting a good ass rock band together so I can probably relax I won't have too much competition as I go along but it's hars finding rockers, I was part of a rap group and we got into clubs on the bad sides of towns, it was fun. But when i see your podcasts it motivates me to get out there and look for those rockers that I can jam with, and from borrowing your wisdom I know how we can be successful and be positive and man you don't know how much I've planned all this, I'm gonna make it happen you're gonna see it I know it and I hope when you do you'll feel good about where music's going and not just you but everyone who remembers, they're gonna feel that vibration man. Thanks for being on the ball and making these podcasts god damn I really was excited to see you came back man. And all my close friends are too, we really dig what you've got going on. But yeah man I really hope you keep making these podcasts, cause there's so many teenagers out there who haven't heard metal what it ought to be, how it should be seen, and hey I never got to see you guys live and will probably never see you guys live, but whenever I do meet you or your hologram, I'd be no less excited than i am seeing you bringing back the roth show. @@SteveBurk Look Eddie was brilliant. Roth was just a singer and if he hadn't met Eddie he would have been nobody .l saw them in the 70s when they were good l grew up in L.A. and saw alot of good bands with better singers but yea Roth was good on the first 4 albums .

When you work that staff with your Kung Fu skills, it reminds me of the time I was invited to a Star Wars Light Saber club meeting. They even lent me a practice light saber. They talked a bit, had some practice drills. And then they broke off into pairs for sparring. Before all this, I took Aikido with a guy who insisted we learned sword basics. And well, the Light Saber Club never invited me back! I kept finding openings to whack em and even disarmed a few of them. Really want to see you go to one of those things. Might be a bit mean. But, I think it would be a funny video!

Great fucking show man, and Miley would be lucky and smart to hitch her wagon to your horse, if that shit happens, I'll buy a ticket and drive that 1,000 miles to be there to witness that spectacle! Dave your on fire right now with this ride it, if she's no (which she won't) because she is a show stopper, which until this last snl performance I had no idea that she really does have "it" whatever I'm the fuck that is, she's got it and besides she's got the same haircut! Thanks Dave for everything, for blowing everyone away at the Texas Jam in 1985 to this show today thanks man you havnt got the kudos you deserve, I know who the two work horses were in van Halen and their names weren't Van Halen they tried to make you out to be as the only pirate in that sea, after all these years the fans that still can't see that don't understand that there are pros and then there are consummate professionals you sit are the latter, I can only imagine the damage you could have done as a promoter, I tip my hat to you sir! And I'll travel the 1,000 miles to Vegas if make that happen, I don't know how I'll pull that shit off but if you can do it, I can find a way to do it!
