    Nice basic program for seniors who have never worked with a mini trampoline. Ten minutes per day for 1 to 2 weeks is a nice start. Working up from there will increase a person's fitness level, increasing heart rate, breath and working muscles that may get a minimal amount of work on a day to day basis. I would suggest if you are the least bit unstable that you purchase a mini trampoline with a balance bar or a handle bar to help you stay stable. I have arthritic knees and often feel a little unstable so the bar whatever style you decide will help. The bar can be removed as you progress if you no longer feel the need. Health to all.

    Found my rebounder at a thrift store today! I'm having so much fun, am very enthused & greatly appreciate this lovely video. Wonderful 10 minutes. Thank you so much.     I made it thru 8 minutes with basic hinged hip bent knee movement. Try'n to maintain form. Best basic video for beginners!! Thank you!!

    Turning 65 this year and I an just beginning. I should have been doing this for the last 3 yrs but... life happened. Rebuilding my health... very weak, and when I think of how I was an avid gym exerciser... ugh! BUT... starting from scratch... and determined to regain my health.

    Hi . I'm just a beginner. I suffer with really bad knees but want to postpone any knee replacements. I think this video is ok for me.     I love that you don't play music. Most of the time the music is so loud you can't hear the instructions. I am a 79 year old woman who is trying to gain more strength, better health and lose weight. This was my 1st time watching and am very excited to get back on the road to better health.

    This is perfect for me. I have problems which start behind my right knee, and then the pain radiates to the rest of my leg. I have tried various exercises to try to relieve the pain and the stiffness, but I have found that the health bounce and other gentle bouncing on my rebounder is the only thing that helps. I am looking forward to doing this video. Thanks so much for all that you do!

    This is perfect for me. I bought a jumpsport rebounder (which I like a lot, 5 stars) about 18 months ago. I got lazy and didn't stick with it. I am nearly 70 and don't like feeling blah. I'll attach the stability bar this weekend and make a commitment. I'll likely just bounce for awhile before I jump! Thank you.

      Hi there! Not sure if it helps, but I am live 5 days a week. Always at the same time 10est 9cst 8mst 7pst. Sometimes watching the live classes keeps people motivated. My senior class is Friday and beginner class is Sunday.

    Great beginner video ! I just started rebounding and I love it . I’ve only been doing the health bounce for a week now . I bought a onetwofit rebounder to see if I liked it . I wanted to ask when you are doing the transitioning to walking are your feet supposed to stay on the mat at all times ? If so how do you get your feet to slide ? I like how you showed us the side view and I would encourage you to maybe show more when you are doing the power walk so we can see your form if at all possible . Thank you so much for your video !!!

    I am young compared to most commenters, but I have chronic illnesses and balance problems, so doing just the light health bounce and the kind-of walking moves work well for me. Hoping this helps get my lymphatic fluid moving better. Thanks!

    I'm recovering from a broken 5th metatarsol Jones fracture and just starting to walk a few steps after 2.5 months of no weight bearing. Thank you for sharing these beginner moves as I think I'll be able to do these non-jumping moves as I begin with more movement and before I am doing much on harder ground.

    Love your videos. 64 years here and just beginning today on my rebounder. I love this video. I very much like the fact, that you play no music. I prefer no music most times. When I want music, I can choose my own. Excellent video!Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.......As someone stated, they love the nature sounds, I would have to 💯 agree. I rebound outside, with the same nature sounds. Once again, that was very wise of you! Health, mental, and spiritual benefits in that fact alone. ❤!

    Thanks so much for this. I got me one of these and after years of doing nothing just assumed I could jump up and down for 10 minutes like a kid.
    One week later my lower back is nearly better and I'm am walking normally again but with some pain. I'm going to do this program to slowly rebuild my body one step at a time as I originally planned. I've gone back to my 12 minute foundation training which is a God send for bad backs and it is on UA-cam also. Gotta stop being so lazy. :)

    Thanks for your very informative videos, It never dawned on me that i would get any benefit without my feet leaving the surface, but it works for a beginner. I was struggling due to severe emphysema to go more than 50 seconds. This way to begin gives me hope. Eventually I will be able to sustain a more traditional jump. Thank you kind lady.

    Thank you for this, just starting out with a new Bellicon rebounder, definitely can't do the last move yet (jump and change feet) but I don't have a balance bar either. Hopefully the confidence will come to take both feet off the mat.

      No worries! The good news is you actually never have to lift both feet off the mat. You'll reap the benefits of rebounding even when one or both feet stay connected to the mat. That being said, you might have a goal to progress so that you are able to lift both feet off. Take your time. Try the same video several times. I highly recommend visiting my channel.
