I know this comment is two years late but I’m JUST getting into golf and wanted some stretches to help my mobility specifically for golf and this is IT! I’ve already shared this video with some of my golf buddies. You mentioned to comment if we wanted more golf specific videos and the answer is absolutely yes sir!
Make that 3 years old now. The stretch will still be good 3 years or decades from now. Human physiology haven't change for millennia and will not for the rest of our lives.
Yes please, more golf specific would be great. Also, anything for snapping hip and pain at seated external rotation like cross legged sitting. Love your vids and book.

Great stretches. I’ve been battling lumbar pelvic pain. I’m also limited in my trail leg hip internal rotation so I’m anxious to see if this helps my rotation to hit it a little further!
Much more golf stuff! Im a disabled vet that almost went quad paralyzed and have had to learn how to retrain my muscles and learning to golf has been extremely difficult and I havent found much about what I should be doing to train a good base to grow from
I'm 63, have a hip problem and a lack of flexibility in all areas. I played a lot of sport when I was younger and we never stretched or warmed up!! I wish I'd known these exercises 50 years ago, would've helped with my golf and general mobility enormously!!
I’m 68 and don’t have too much difficulty with these Five exercises, however, I would like you to share with your subscribers more stretching/ strengthening exercises specifically related to golf. I would also ask that you share recovery techniques you worked with on your pro golfers who had injuries such as lower back, both hips, knees etc.. Thanks

Im sure that it will happen less frequently with repetition but do you have any advice to mitigate it in the meantime?
Thank you for subbing! You're 100% correct that it will happen less frequently over time. There are two options You can actually fight through the cramp sensation or make the movement a little easier by putting a pad underneath the butt to make the movement easier for now. I perfer the second option just because it's more comfortable.

These are great stretches but little hard to do these after driving to a golf course an hour away from your house. What about on the course stuff or parking lot? Or before you hit the ball on the 1st tee?
definitely enjoy and want more golf stretches. Would like to see something structured towards us older golfers. Many of us our in our 70's and getting on the floor doing those 90 degree hip stretches are a bit much. Thanks
Hi, the stretches make sense for sure. I'm 67 yrs old and just starting to play golf more than once or twice a year. I'm a retired construction worker and relay enjoy the game. Should I take some lessons and where should I start.
Love the t-spine stretch. Being a senior golfer with a lower back limitation I would appreciate some stretches or advice as to the most efficient swing mechanics as there are so many swing coaching videos out there ; but which are the ones to avoid!?

Hi Joe, I would love to see more stretches and exercises for the golf swing, i feel my movement is restricted and hinders my swing. I would have a half or 3/4 swing but never a full. Thanks again for all your help.
More golf stuff would be fantastic!! Do you have any pre round and post rounds stretching routines that you could show us? I am finding that I am pretty still in my lower back after a round. To be honest I do tend to walk off the 18th and not ever warm down.

Your stretches were key in the younger years but not necessary; that has changed. I still have the desire to hit the ball 280, just gotta find a way to coax it out of a stiffer body, and hopefully still walk upright the next day. LOL.

Potentially, if you have mobility limitations, it can help with your mechanics so your swing is more efficient. There are also other components of swing speed like strength.
I appreciate your stretches, but I have limited knee movement, and will be having partial knee replacement on my left knee sometime in the future. The back stretches are what I will have to most issue doing because I can't sit on my heels because of me left knee. I need to figure out a position to do that.
