Part 2, LOSSLESS, 240 BEST FPS Highest, Frame Generation

Due to the BSOD at the END my video did not complete , so it was suppose to be HDR now its HD only, also some loss of quality has happened on the Video.
I will continue LIVE on this same, with Extreme CPU / Extreme mode of the Laptop, and also Tweak lot of settings from 240 FPS to get more ..

YESS !! Laptop BSOD when i tried turn on FRAMEVIEW by nvidia. its OK i will stop using FRAME VIEW. I only needed to SEE the GPU / CPU Usage.

TESTED and did well but as usual the game will just give up on you after some time.
Here are my GOALS
My 1st goal is to get the Frame Generation to work without any Smudges Smearing Ghosting Which i have got to work finally.
My 2nd Goal is Highest FPS without FG and With FG
My 3rd Goal is “limited by main thread” getting this corrected why because no matter what my GPU used is only always 50 60% so why am i limited , and my i9 CPU is only used 40% 60% max then why limited ?? does it make any send it does not, this is a mystery by itself .
My next GOAL is to combine all settings and try to make it happen in New Yor City which is ideally my TEST location for flight
