- Apple stores were the most profitable retail stores per square foot in 2017. The design of its stores is a core part of Apple's brand. When you go to an Apple Store you can try out all of Apple's products like the iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 11, iPhone XR, or the iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. Using all of these devices keeps customers in the store for longer, and the longer customers spend with a product the more likely they are to purchase it.
When you're ready to check out there are no lines and no cash registers. You can use Apple Pay or quickly check out with an employee. From the outside, the glass walls allow anyone walking by to look in and feel like they are missing out on something. Apple is a leader in retail, but the smooth Apple Store experience might be changing. In the past year, there have been reports of long wait times and overcrowded stores. Apple might have to rethink its retail strategy if it wants to keep its store's reputation.

I have a Lenovo android phone, 4 year olds this December, been lost twice, gotten into water multiple times, had half inch of the left side of the screen no work any longer. This bastard is even without a back cover for more than a year now. Yet, it gets everything done and I don't need anything more than what it is. This little tough bugger shows me that some necessities are just a state of mind: the feeling of having enough of something is much more peaceful compared to the need to fulfill the endless humane desire.

When you buy a bunch of Apple products at once - like an iPhone, a laptop, an iPad, headphones, and some charging accessory, for example - you will notice that they all fit together into this narrow bag perfectly, no matter what combination of products you buy. It is as if they’ve thought way ahead and come up with some grid and designed the packaging based on that. It’s hard to explain and I don’t think I did a good job at it, you will have to just see for yourself, I guess.
Most everyone knows what the unboxing experience is like for an Apple product or two, but when you have several major products at once, there is this sort of Voltron unboxing experience that happens. It is truly magick.

Carson N i was avidly windows until 10 came along and the 2017 october update completely fucked my system. Gone to macOS the day after and after 2 and a bit years my macbook still feels good as new. Might be more expensive but ill be replacing it a LOT less than my windows laptops. (Still got my gaming pc tho!)
One of my apple store experiences ended up in an investigation as my mother left her phone on one of the tables and couldn't find it. The security footage revealed an employee picking up the phone and sneaking it in his pocket. This incident took place in Los Angeles .

Another way: You don't have to fear a loud alarm going off just by taking the tech in your hand or turning them. Also the space between devices is much greater as in other electronic stores

See, I live in London and my nearest Apple store has a Samsung store directly opposite with a similar design (open glass, products on display, staff creating an individualised experience etc) and the one thing that always strikes me is that the Apple Store is always full and the Samsung store always only has a couple people in.
It’s really the products that make the difference.

This model works for some people but I went in for a new phone and knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately you get thrown into the queue with all the other people so as a retail store its not efficient for those who would like to walk in and purchase an item quickly. This is more akin to buying a car.

I don’t know. Apple store feels like the cool kid’s table during lunch and I don’t feel cool enough to go there. I have all Apple products though except the watch and desktop computer. I’d rather go to the less popular computer store and look at some gaming computers and monitors.

Apple makes everything appealing to us starting with the sleek slim packaging to the smoothest running and best looking website on google (apple.com) that fits your screen perfectly. The unboxing experience of an apple product is satisfying...even a $20 usb cable is enjoyable to unbox.
Well whatever the case it works and I’m happy because of the quality products.
