I believe in Jesus as the Son of God and my Savior and I'm a musician and i love all kinds of music, mostly rock of any type but also some jazz, etc. I grew up in this decade and these people were wrong then and they're wrong now. This guy has no right to judge anyone, yet judges everyone. Music is an art and a way of life. Ever since the earliest jazz musicians, these people have preached how evil music is. It's wrong. I'm sick of it. Self righteous losers.

The rock concerts we went to were mostly guys in blue jeans and Hawaiian shirts playing real music. I still work for music festivals and have never seen anything remotely like what she describes. Actually i believe music is mostly bad all the way around because the music speaks to us even without any words. Have you ever been to Church and at the closing the preacher has someone come and and play the piano real soft and slow with a repetitive beat? I am sure you have every time i have been to Church i have seen this done. It actually lures the people to respond. Which i believe causes many false converts who come to bow down at the alter because the music leads them to do so. And the preacher usually is talking with a comforting voice and then he will say come on down while she plays one more time. But what i can't find in scripture is where JESUS had music played when He preached?? I do not believe that God needs hypnotist music to convict people. But what i find in the Bible shows that the wicked people use music to create worship. He finally studied the doctors of the Church and changed his tune on the Catholic Church. Anyone who studies the beginning of Christianity become CATHOLIC. It is the Church Jesus left us it’s teachings are in the Bible and Traditions passed down to today.

What Jesus actually passed down was the completed doctrine of the Jew. So Messianic Jewdaism would be the closest to what Jesus knew and taught. The rock concerts we went to were mostly guys in blue jeans and Hawaiian shirts playing real music. I still work for music festivals and have never seen anything remotely like what she describes. I must have seen a thousand shows.

If you are listening to secular rock and you are a Christian, you should realize that secular rock is the antithesis of Christianity and Gods word. And in that case you need some self reflection and you need to apologize to God. Being a Christian and obeying Gods word is not a part time job for Sunday’s or at your granny’s dinner table. Actually i believe music is mostly bad all the way around because the music speaks to us even without any words. Have you ever been to Church and at the closing the preacher has someone come and and play the piano real soft and slow with a repetitive beat? I am sure you have every time i have been to Church i have seen this done. It actually lures the people to respond. Which i believe causes many false converts who come to bow down at the alter because the music leads them to do so. And the preacher usually is talking with a comforting voice and then he will say come on down while she plays one more time.
But what i can't find in scripture is where JESUS had music played when He preached?? I do not believe that God needs hypnotist music to convict people. But what i find in the Bible shows that the wicked people use music to create worship.

The people were led to bow down and worship by the sound of music, i am not a preacher but if i ever found myself as one in a Church i will not have music played for an alter call. The alter call has only been done 100 years, God wants people to believe the gospel not worship because music is played. Someone can listen to music and claim it is "worshiping" God but they will be rejected because God is Spirit and must be worshiped in Spirit and in Truth.

They use theology replacement and teach that Israel is nothing nor has been since the New Testament. He finally studied the doctors of the Church and changed his tune on the Catholic Church. Anyone who studies the beginning of Christianity become CATHOLIC. It is the Church Jesus left us it’s teachings are in the Bible and Traditions passed down to today.
He highly respected the Catholic Church. He read the Catechism twice straight through and studied Pope John Paul and other catholic documents and decided his previous opinion was in error. He DID however believe that our current pope is the black pope and spoke about it and wrote a book about it.

But that doesn’t mean Christianity should turn its back and cleanse itself from its Jewish roots the way Catholics have. The Catholic Church isn’t bad, it’s just very “gentile”. What Jesus actually passed down was the completed doctrine of the Jew. So Messianic Jewdaism would be the closest to what Jesus knew and taught. But either way, no matter the denomination, Love God, Love people, and follow his commandments. PS. I used to be catholic and still love the church. My ancestors were Jewish and came to America to escape persecution during WW1.
