Haha! I’ll try my best to choose your destiny. Can part of your destiny be to release a full length album or EP of your original songs? Dude you should release an album on VHS with accompanying visuals!
@@dustincassidy Mmmmm yes, a VHS, good idea. But perhaps to avoid copyright hassles in the future, it should feature only his original video of bunnies. We'd watch that right? I would.
Great review as always man, that has the soul of an Oberheim for sure. Some sounds you have cooked up remind me of our Xpander, yet the voices seems more stable and the platform more expressive. Thanks.
Jexus - WC Olo Garb what do you consider “real” analogs? Not being snark, new to all this and the ob6 is kind of what has sparked a real interest in analog synths. Would love some recommendations in the same price range.
I am so happy to see that you were making videos again. I just saw the video about you that ends with saying that you found love via a bunny. I hope you were still happy :-)
To me, Jexus is an expert that can make an analog synth sound digital and vice versa. Well done ! Now I'm waiting for your thoughts on the Novation Summit and Waldorf Iridium.
Po oglądaniu wszystkich Twoich filmów zadałem sobie pytanie. Dlaczego gość z takim talentem nie wydał płyt, nie robił muzyki do najlepszych gier i firm komputerowych, filmów itp. Z takim talentem nie byłoby kłopotu znaleźć pracę w najlepszych firmach.
@@Jexus hahahah AND it's a 6 voice synth. I have one and the synth side is amazing! super fat. I also have a pro 2, and the Tempest as a synth is waaaaayyyy fatter. I have gotten some really amazing wild sounds out of it. maybe I'll send you a few of the patches , if you have one of those machines. Also, I got a Korg Wavestate. So Jexus - I have a question about your process. Do you ever watch your video then soundtrack your music to it, or just find the video after your music production?
When I see a movie and there's a scene that I like, I go to my current demo-in-the-making and put it in (or save it for the future if it doesn't fit in). But usually it's the other way round. I edit the demo and all the sounds ringing in my head inspire me to find a matching video scene.
Amazing as usual... but imho Jexus you’re the best making underrated( and many times cheap ones) synths shine...you made tons of people pay attention to non most commercial synths...like me...thanks again but please make your videos with accessible gear...Communism will win ;)
I love nearly all your work, songs, synth demos and writings. But these two OB-6 videos seem to under perform from your previous work. I don't know it they just seem like they're lacking to me. Although I think part 2 is better than part 1.
@@Jexus Fair point my lord. For part 1 the intros visuals are a little dull and that lingers with me for a few minutes, but this is part 2 comment section. Watching both and reflecting on them again, they are good videos. I think I came in expecting something different and that is my own personal fault. Maybe both videos are 10% less aggressive/punk than your others, but that's probably splitting hairs. You're still kicking ass and hope to enjoy more work from you soon.
Confirmed. Got a tattoo and took part in reality show on tropical island. Won first prize by eating tapir turd and killing alligator with bare hands, impressed a noble savage woman from local tribe and married her. Judged it all to be just a distraction and came back to do what really matters.
