Yeah, I use the M1 12.9” iPad Pro as my primary personal computer. I completely agree with this list. They need to address the thunderbolt port. It needs to get up to speed. They brag that you can connect external storage, but I can’t format a drive so I can use it. They brag that you can connect to an external display, but it only runs in mirror mode, and doesn’t scale. - What kills the most, is that they could fix all of this with a software update.
@@nikshaymeghwal4396 I think this is personal opinion question. You need to go to the store and feel the weight in hand. Spend some time holding it. Pull up a website, and read a couple of articles. See if you’re comfortable holding it. If I was giving buying advice to a student, I’d say get a non pro as a companion device to a M1 MacBook Air. You’ll need the desktop os and app support in your classes. While being able to draw and take pictures will help in note taking. There are awesome apps like Good Note that are powerful and super useful. Keep in mind that you’ll also need a keyboard case as well. Maybe consider an Air instead of the Pro.
Do you know that a calculator is also a computer? It is a fact you can google it if you want. By that definition what is wrong calling iPad by itself a computer?
As an owner of two iPad Pros (Gen 1 and 2), who uses them for painting, I finally had enough of the Playskool OS, and spent the same money on a Galaxy Book 360. OLED screen, 15 inches, Wacom EMR pen, runs an actual operating system. Loving it. After 25 years, they finally made me buy a Windows machine. Well done, Apple.
I think Apple may have outsmarted themselves. They made an iPad Pro so powerful that it rivals the performance (and sales) of the MacBook Pro. So, the only way to prevent that bit of unforeseen unfortunateness would be to limit iPadOS. That, in turn, limits the appeal of a Pro level iPad thus encouraging consumers to opt for the cheaper iPad Air or Mini.
@@tom_marsden yeah but that's dumb, ipad pro 512GB with a keyboard and a pencil costs 2000€ while a 8core 512GB MacBook air costs 1300€ And I'd much rather buy the ipad because it's amazing to draw on (and fun vs. a Wacom tablet for example) but the iOS has mad it just a bigger iphone that's it
@@PresidentValentine what you said might be true, but they don't want you to choose between them. they want you to purchase both devices and be a part of "the ecosystem" they have .... ,which would sum up to 3300€
I'm glad someone is doing some detective work on the M1 iPad Pro instead of just gushing about the hardware. The software is showing some serious issues. What are you trying to pull, Apple?
I’ve got the m1 Mac mini with my iPad as a companion, and there are definitely problems with the M1. Nothing too awful major. Mainly connectivity problems and random stuttering when you fill up the memory which happens way faster than you’d think even with the 16 gb version. But honestly who didn’t think there would be ANY problems? It is still the best Mac I’ve ever had
The inability to eject drives… like, that’s just insane… thanks for calling out the problems here! Apple needs to get their shit together and fix these FUNDAMENTAL stuff in their PRO product
Lol i thought pulling out the USB drive was a streamlined apple experience thing? I check the light though to make sure its not active on my portable SSD
Guys I got it !!! You’ll need a higher capacity drive to handle the faster read & write speeds. So I’m thinking 1TB and 2TB models. Not the lower end storage options…
Thank you for your work. For my use, the impossible “text search” in “files” is the most annoying problem. Totally unacceptable. It really slows my productivity.
Apple labeling its thunderbolt port as “thunderbolt” instead of “thunderbolt 3” or “thunderbolt 4” should raise alarm in the beginning. It means it’s not certified as neither specs.
The port on macbook is also labeled as thunderbolt / usb 4 though, the same as the ipad pro. It also list thunderbolt 3 in ipad pro's technical specification.
@@polycrystallinecandy Can you please dumb it down for me on the ipad issues and which ipad i should get? I just need to take notes and watch videos for my major and thats about it.
@@lolfala101 if you want to take notes and watch videos, then there shouldn't be any problems at all. I think iPad Air 2020 will work great for that. You can also get iPad pro 11 inch 2020 which doesn't cost much more than the Air. It has a smoother display and better speakers. Just know that if you want to watch videos and take notes at the same time, then the screen might be a bit small, but it can still be done. You can get iPad pro 12.9 inch 2020, which has a bigger screen, but will cost more. Edit: I forgot that they added quick notes in iPadOS 15, which should make it much easier to take notes while watching a video, even on a small screen, since you can get a floating window instead of splitting the screen. Also, if you buy from Apple's Education Store you can get a student discount and there is currently an offer which gives you Airpods for free. You can get Air 2020 from there, but they only have 2021 versions of the Pro. In summary, your options are: - iPad Air 2020 (great overall option, free Airpods from Apple Education Store) - iPad Pro 11 inch 2020 (slight upgrade over Air but same screen size, a bit more money, no free Airpods) - iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2020 (bigger screen, more money, no free Airpods) - iPad Pro 11 inch 2021 (don't think you need this, more money, but you get free Airpods) - iPad Pro 12.9 2021 (don't think you need this, a lot more money, free Airpods)

Same. I’ll stick with my 11” 2018 model. There’s literally no reason to upgrade now when it can’t really do anything better than a 3 year old iPad. It’s just a bit faster.
To be honest, I’ve been saving money to get myself a 1TB version of this so I could use it as my daily driver for personal and professional use. However, whenever I dive in to purchase, I always seek your review cuz I think you’re one of the most reliable UA-camrs out here who spit facts and none other than the truth. With the problems being said, I think I’m giving this a pass cuz I think iPad Pros are meant to be pro’s but the problems are making it look less like it and it sounds like a regular iPad to me. I’d say, it’s a pass. Thank you Max Tech
I don't think the ipad will reach macos level anytime soon. Even if it does, the m1 chip is far behind it's competitor. You're sacrificing performance for a slimmer form factor.
I tried the M1 12.9 iPad with my Pro XDR display and text looked like Sh**. I returned mine. I'm rocking 2020 iPad Pro now and won't upgrade for many years if Apple doesn't fix the software weakness.
Of all the watched reviews on youtube, this is the first one I have seen that is consumer oriented, is useful and not just a parroting the sales commercial of the product.
I bought a 12.9” and have had it for about 2 weeks. Most of what you listed I agree with except for the blooming issue. You can only see blooming in any way shape or form if you turn the brightness all the way up and turn off the room lights. If you use auto-brightness (which is on by default) then the blooming in dark rooms is eradicated. In other words; blooming is only visible if you TRY to make it visible by manually changing settings in order to defeat the auto-brightness. Otherwise this was a great video as always Vadeem!
8:11 this is a downgrade from iPadOS 13/14, the new Home Screen feels like a regression. It's 6x4 app layout compared to 6x5, you cannot pin the today view, the apps change position when rotating the iPad, and space is just badly used now...

What made you felt the need to upgrade to the 2021 iPad pro to begin with when you have a fairly new iPad your-self? It makes absolutely no sense to begin with.. 😒😒
The transfer speed is based on SSD speed to read/write. The one in the iPad is mobile grade SSD, same as the one used in phones, configured for low power usage. Thunderbolt won't magically makes it faster, it's however useful for 5K video signal output in the iPad case.
A SSD that is twice as slow doesn't really explain a transfer speed up to 10x slower, though. This thing has a battery whose capacity is not really that different from the one on MBA, so why not just have a proper laptop/desktop grade SSD?
The write speed of the M1 iPad Pro is 1,500MBps as seen here 3:15 but it isn't getting near that with the thunderbolt SSD test. So, your point is irrelevant. The port is limited by the software in many ways by Apple which will hopefully be enabled for full bandwidth, monitor extension, and not having a faulty drive after unplugging the drive you just used to transfer files.
@@andyH_England yes so u suddenly agree it has issues . it's much slower than it claims to be. Which has nothing to do with Samsung or previous models. It's about iPad M1

Thanks for all the hardwork in uncovering these shortcomings of the iPAD PROs. Most reviewers are auditioning to remain on Apple's good books, but you guys don't hold back any punches.
I do love this video. It gives me things to look out for, but honestly none of the problems affect me, except for the limiting amount of RAM that apps could use. It’s all about perspective and workflow like if I wanted to use my iPad as a second monitor or even use external hard drive, then yes definitely all this would be an issue, but honestly my main focus is for Procreate. Which having the 16 gigs of RAM will help with the amount of layers I can have and gaming for my toddler. He is going to be to playing the kid games, so honestly from my workflow or even lifestyle like I said none of these problems affect me so for me my choice still is to get the M1 12.9 inch screen one. Thank you for allowing me to comment. Edit: Since I made this comment, Apple has announced that they are removing the RAM hard limit for apps, so I really am sticking with my decision.
I just want to add a huge thank you and appreciate the time and effort you've taken to compile these flaws/limitations in iPadOS vs MacOS this is exactly what I was looking for!❤️😁👍 Great content, keep up the great work!
I am going to buy my first iPad for movies, gaming, note-taking. And I have the budget for iPad pro m1, so should I go for pro or air 4? Which one would give a better performance/experience in terms of gaming, movies, making notes?
Just replaced my 2017 Pro with a Tab S6 instead of a M1 due to reason that it gives me much more of the computerlike experience that Apple only keeps promising 🤷🏻♂️
To be honest I use the iPad Pro for making notes and typing up documents ready for my apps on my M1 Mac mini when away from home. If there is a lot of videos from an event I need to transfer, I simply use the iCloud to sync my files across to appear on my Mac mini. I’ve not used an external hard drive for transfer in years. Now that everything is online now to the cloud storage especially with Fiber optic broadband pretty much everywhere now it’s easier to transfer this way.
For a total new owner of an iPad, would you suggest IPad Air , Pro 11 or Pro 12.9 ? I want something that’s future proof for the next 3-4 years at least
Hi Guys, congratulations on the content. I have tried, multiple times, to use the iPad as a proaction machine, without success. it has never been related to the hardware itself, notwithstanding the problems you mentioned, which actually hinders some use cases, but mostly, the software has serious limitations for my use. I believe that due to commercial and strategical questions, Apple and Developers never wanted to make the iPad as a serious office machine, with the capability to act as " self-sufficient" stand-alone IT equipment. People can say hat a tablet is not conceived to this ir that, but the main fact is that a tablet is nothing more than a computer, that should do whatever we want them to do, regardless of the OS running on te back. My use case is particular but I trust is not the only one: a) CAD drawings b) Very large PDF files (more than 300 Mb) in size c) multiple heavy Excel files open simultaneously (more than 10 Mb each) d) Heavy work document, with lots of links and pictures e) OCR on large PDFs f) lot of files and folders management, with several cloud services g) Several e-mail accounts h) Microsoft project, running on parallels, with large time schedule files ( more than 35 Mb) i have a simple matchbook air M1, 2 TB of storage, 16 GB of RAM, and it has been working fine. and frankly, I could not work with an iPad . and, to be honest, I would not want, at present. My macBook's battery has been insane. if I would use an iPad as I use the MacBook, the battery would last for a couple of hours. The iPad is "paying " the price of its origins. It has been created as a content consumption device, which Apple has been struggling, for 10 years!!, to update it and render it "computable", without accomplishing it. and not for lack of competence, but because of commercial reasons, directly or indirectly (developers). I remember an app called "Quasar" that turned iPad 2 into a windowed OS. Imagine with an M1 iPad could do with an app like this. I will not take more of your time. keep up the good work and a very good year of 2022
Ok we get it, you guys have to make content and ragging on Apple gets views…this is like the 3rd or 4th video you’ve made about how much you hate the M1 iPad Pro. Weren’t you going to sell it anyways? Why keep making videos about the same issues?
I think they are going negative to get there videos out there more. They forget A lot only buy the IPad as there only computer device. It is super simple and easy to use. Why would they make it more complex to impress only like 10% of users. Apple does not make devices for Tech reviewers. They make it for the majority of consumers.
Nice video 1) Why in this world multiple display support is not present ( Only Mirror ) 2) iPad should also support multi user as it if been used by many family members. 3) Pls allow Mac apps to run on ipad with mouse and keyboard support. 4) Provide two thunderbolt ports on both side of iPad
Thanks for another great review! But it’s really interesting how everyone on UA-cam is complaining about the new iPad Pro for having more power than you can use. I can’t recall this ever happening before. It’s like no one is even considering how future safe it is instead. And then we have the “blooming issue” everyone on UA-cam is talking about. I’ve had my iPad Pro for two weeks now and this “blooming” is not a real life issue. I’ve seen a lot of people try to show it here on UA-cam but in real life this is definitely not an issue.
I think it’s because they are UA-camrs so they have to edit videos etc etc but over 90% of the users don’t use any of that actually, so for most people IPadPro can yes be a laptop as well
After saw them launch the M1 ipad Pro, it seem like a test product to receive what feedbacks. If Steve job still alive, he will get mad and don't let this happen. It is definitely limited but not everyone needs it for the things mentioned in the video. People have been specific with the OS to have more MacOS capabilities and features. Hold Apple accountable to higher standards.
I feel like if apple decides to address all of these 8 problems listed; the MacBook line up would not sell very well. The iPad would basically just become a glorified MacBook Pro, if they addressed the issues, that most people would prefer the iPad over the MacBook; due to its versatility of both a tablet with the capabilities of a Mac and similar price tag. This is why I think apple is holding off all of these features.
They should fix the issues. And probably they will or else they would just be called as a gimmick brand and not the one with wonderful user experience.
They seemingly fixed the 5GB/APP RAM issue, after they got raked over the coals for it. Apple will fix issues only if more people raise these important points and hold their feet to the fire.
Which is better…..iPad Pro 12.9, M1 Mac mini, m1 MacBook Air for video editing? Also, why can’t I get my iMac or iPad Pro to see the SD card on my GoPro hero 7…..have to remove the card and use a dongle to transfer the footage.
Ugh. I’ve been using my early 2013 MBP 15” for a while now. I use it for photo editing, it still runs Lightroom and Photoshop very well for my needs, but since Apple doesn’t update this model anymore, I’ve been thinking about upgrading. At first the M1 iPad looks very pleasing, but from this video (and all your other M1 iPad videos) it looks like it’s better off to wait till they update the 16 MBP to M1 or till Apple adds more Pro features on this iPad! :(
If you do actual work, get an actual computer. Apple will never let their iPad cross over into Mac territory. That would defeat the purpose of product segmentation, and that’s bad business. Peoples’ expectations are just not rooted in reality. Wait for that new M1 MacBook Pro with the big monitor. I bet it’ll slap the hell out of your current one
Not the Thunderbolt is slow, the iPad's storage is slow. The high speed of Thunderbolt is need for more stuff than data transferring between the internal & an external storage.
I purchased the 12.9" M1 iPad topped out. 2TB with keyboard. It’s my first and only iPad I’ll ever own hah. Enjoying it so far, even with the flaws mentioned in this video.
I've noticed that videos associated with the ipad pro released between April and June of 2021 are mostly critical of the product then suddenly there are no more videos about the ipad pro starting July 2021, especially ones that are critical of the product. Is there a particular reason why there hasn't been any videos on updates to the ipad pro during the second half of 2021? Is Apple preventing content creators from releasing any new findings? Or have content creators simply moved on from a perceived broken product? I'm interested in getting the 2021 ipad pro, but the strange cut off of content from prolific creators makes me extremely wary.
I bought an M1 iPad Pro 12.9" just for music notation, so most of these shortcomings don't apply to my use case. However, if I were expecting Mac-like functionality from the device (especially full search capabilities and full external drive compatibility), I'd be very disappointed in my expensive purchase!
Did you waited 15mnts after connecting the Drive? YOU have to wait that amount until the Drive shows up again on the iPad. (Make sure it doesn’t go to sleep mode) iPad doesn’t have an eject button so it has to do a disk scan on the background before showing up. Its faster or slower depending on the size of the drive. Mine is 4tb external HDD. (exFat) NO this is NOT a New iPad issue, this happens on the current and previous iPad. This is a iPadOS issue.
They have so many overlapping products they have to cripple some of them. I was going to get the 12.9 (I have a 2020 iPad Pro, 11”) but I decided to wait for reviews. I am so glad I did because I have no intention to get another iPad till they are serious about making it work like it should.
Excellent review and analysis -- target! Like watching an honest after-action review at the National Training Center... let's hope the lessons are actually learned and solutions implemented soon.
I agree. This really expensive tablet is almost unusable. I could list a dozen complaints. I get maybe 4 hours of battery life. The only way to charge it is with an actual laptop power block. Why did they remove the finger print scanner. Sometimes it take me 5 or 6 trys to open the damn thing
My iPad Pro got here yesterday and I love it. All I use it for is media consumption, which is what people should get a tablet for. IMO if someone is getting a tablet, something that was from the get go a cool toy, to do work, they’ve made the wrong decision. All tablets are just cool things, and this one is just really cool. At some point I might go back to school, where the pencil and magic keyboard will be useful I considered getting the iPad Air, but I wanted the better monitor the pro has. No regrets. I don't get what the fuss is all about... we got WIDGETS people! WIDGETS!
Thank you for the update. I haven’t had my I-Pad Pro and Magic keyboard but only a week. I don’t have a larger display or any Thunderbolt drives, so I would not have discovered that. Haven’t come across any situations where I have noticed the blooming on the display. Or haven’t used Face Time either. I am enjoying my I-Pad any way. I guess I will charge it overnight when I am not using the I-Pad’s port. But I am glad they fixed the 5 GB of Ram on the 8 or 16 GB. Hope Apple fixes the other issues via the software/OS updates.
For unplugging an external SSD,HDD, i press the power button, wait for a bit of time, and the drive stops getting power; That's the moment i remove it, and that's probably when apple must be expecting the users to remove it. It's workaround, glad to help.
I was going to trade in my 3 year old iPad Proand MacBook Pro for the new iPad but now I have many doubts. Should I get instead the new MacBook Air? Help!
You think Apple will change most of these? It’s rare that there is anything major after the beta release. Enough people complained about the 5GB limit with a 16GB iPad so they they added a way for an app to use more. Maybe if we keep talking about these they will fix it. It’s ridiculous that a $2750 12.9” iPad and magic keyboard can’t properly connect to a 16x9 display when a $200 android tablet can.
The most frustrating thing trying to work on an iPad is file management. Transfering files into the iPad or moving them around is an absolute nightmare. Working with external drives or SD cards is near impossible with how buggy it is. And I have till this day been unsuccessful in uploading footage onto cloud storage in any platform from an iPad. Not to mention how slooooow the iPad imports, transfers, or moves files. Just to fail in the end
Not me anymore. I am waiting on Windows 11 tablets and hopefully MS will make a good Surface Neo to go with their App enabled Win 11....then I am done with iPads. Will actually have a real tried and true computer operating system.
Pro is quite a broad term. Pro doesn’t mean you’re a master video editor all the time. Pro can be defined based on how much more pro it is compared to other iPads. You could say simply writing books is ‘pro’ or artwork is pro.
Exactly yet soon they'll have to do something to boost the sales of their ipad pros. Give it time since most people will definitely head towards M1 Macbook Air.
So, for functionality word processing and office features, its best to invest in the MacBook Pro, correct? I need to upgrade both devices, but need to prioritize which I buy first. Do you recommend an IMac over a MacBook Pro Laptop for functionality purposes? I live in a small place and those big IMacs take up a lot of desk space.
It’s ultimately still an iPad. Let’s also get rid of this idea that Apple want us to use this as a computer/Mac replacement. They want us to buy both a Mac and iPad for their bottom line.
They got even crazier when they added the M1 chip inside it. Like the M1 is just an A14X Plus, it's not really a "Mac chip." It's an iPad-style chipset inside a Mac device that allows it to use iPad/iPhone apps. They probably have it inside the iPad Pro for marketing and cost efficiency on production lines, so they don't have to spend more for another chip that is already said it would have a similar performance power as an M1. Anyone that wants the iPad Pro to be a laptop replacement already has an iMac or M1 MacBook Pro or Air or both. If you're starting into photo editing or music/film production, a tablet should not be your first choice of device to use for that type of work.
Apple could have shut everybody down if they put a proper operating system on the iPad they left the door wide open for Windows to take over the tablet Market if Windows 11 it is good as it's looking
But they have the Mac, so what is the point to have a clone in a tablet version? The iPad is the iPad, and being upset over what it is seems very nonsensical.

All I can say is “ignorance is bliss.” I bought my ‘21 12” M1 iPad Pro not expecting it to be able to do most of the things mentioned in this video. (I already had a 1st gen iPad Pro. It was time for an upgrade.) I also bought the Apple Pencil and magic keyboard. It is an amazing experience to use. I’m impressed that I can plug in drives and they work! Maybe its not the fastest, but it works. I don’t connect to external displays often, but when I do I guess I don’t have very high expectations in the first place. I also got an M1 MacBook Air. I’m impressed at how quickly I can airdrop between the 2. The MBA is ridiculously fast after spending years on my 2012 MBP. I prefer working on the iPad over the MBA most of the time. I like the hybrid touch screen/trackpad interface. Yes, iPadOS is somewhat limiting. But when you get accustomed to its different workflow, it’s a kick to use. My biggest complaint is that I can’t fold the iPad down with the screen up to use it in tablet mode for taking notes with the pencil.

They brag that you can connect to an external display, but it only runs in mirror mode, and doesn’t scale. - What kills the most, is that they could fix all of this with a software update.

See if you’re comfortable holding it. If I was giving buying advice to a student, I’d say get a non pro as a companion device to a M1 MacBook Air. You’ll need the desktop os and app support in your classes. While being able to draw and take pictures will help in note taking.

It has NOTHING to do with M1, these issues were on the last iPad. They just never review or tested them properly cuz they are too fanboys for that.
I’ve got the m1 Mac mini with my iPad as a companion, and there are definitely problems with the M1. Nothing too awful major. Mainly connectivity problems and random stuttering when you fill up the memory which happens way faster than you’d think even with the 16 gb version.

Why
If you type at night with full brightness blooming issue does occur but I don’t think anyone would do that anyways like bruh

I mean, we _are_ a little spoiled when we think of 16GB transferred in 38 seconds as slow…
It depends on how you use the device. A professional content creator would probably need to transfer even heavier files
@@RealHogweed That’s still about 1TB in 10 minutes. I don’t think there’s any industry out there today that doesn’t have that time to spare for a 1TB transfer. Even in the film industry where might deal with 300+TB transfers.
ipados 15 is not out yet, why you guys complain
going to hold off from purchasing one now...thanks for your video
I hope your subscriber base gets to well over 1M, before the year-end. You guys truly deserve it for the honest work you do, in holding Apple's feet to the fire when they make mistakes, than making excuses for them.
Relocating the camera will be a new “feature”
They will have to rotate the Apple logo on the back too
For unplugging an external SSD,HDD, i press the power button, wait for a bit of time, and the drive stops getting power; That's the moment i remove it, and that's probably when apple must be expecting the users to remove it. It's workaround, glad to help.

I was going to trade in my 3 year old iPad Proand MacBook Pro for the new iPad but now I have many doubts. Should I get instead the new MacBook Air? Help!
Let’s wait until ios15 is released before continuing these irrational freak outs.
It won't change much. Minor tweaks here snd there. But what you saw is what you’re going to get.
@@MaksimYuryev lol you don't have to buy the maxed out model.. Apple isn't forcing you.
Thank you so much for this video! Please keep updating us if you find any further information or updates on existing problems.
This video is why I’m happy I resisted the impulse to trade in my 2020 iPP for a 2021 model when they were announced.
Same, I was very tempted but I’m glad I didn’t. The only thing I’d really like is the better brightness but I can’t complain
@@uuuu260 the hdr is wonderful. The monitor is the whole reason I got mine, and I love it
The most frustrating thing trying to work on an iPad is file management.
2 in 1 PC’s have become viable and nevermore appealing.
Windows imo is a terrible tablet experience, but I hope Windows 11 changes that - Nervous Surface Pro 7 user
After using my 12.9 iPad pro for two weeks at first the blooming bothers me a bit but now I completely ignore it and I love it :D
apple treats us like this and we still be coming back... they got us guys
Exactly.. they make some things brilliant and other things equally frustrating.. a person can't leave them but never really likes them
It's because "this" is the best hardware and software you can get in a tablet... period.
@@77dris i think best hardware but software!!
Not me anymore.
I am waiting on Windows 11 tablets and hopefully MS will make a good Surface Neo to go with their App enabled Win 11....then I am done with iPads. Will actually have a real tried and true computer operating system.
Finally someone adressing these issues...its been a hassle for over two years...
Why doesn’t Apple want the iPad Pro to be Pro? Because they want to sell you a Mac.
I thought you guys had already sold that iPad Pro
You are the Best of the Best of all the APPLE reviewers. Thank you for your
hard work. You make it fun and interesting.
I just got this iPad
Apple could have shut everybody down if they put a proper operating system on the iPad they left the door wide open for Windows to take over the tablet Market if Windows 11 it is good as it's looking
But they have the Mac, so what is the point to have a clone in a tablet version? The iPad is the iPad, and being upset over what it is seems very nonsensical.
@@TaipeiGeek Apple should be able to Draw a clear line between Macs and iPads capability,iPads have such good hardware, but the software limitations are just disappointing.Think about it,you spend over 2k dollars on a 16Gigs ipad and find out u can only use 5.Apple is close to make the iPad a laptop to replacement for much more vast audience, but with these limitations and the fact that we have to wait A year for new features can be annoying.
Please don’t bring up Windows tablets in the same conversation and an iPad it’s insulting to the far superior iPad tablet experience.
You have the best channel about apple products!
Very few youtubers r left who r honest 💫👏 💯 ✨
Brilliant, glad to see these issues being highlighted
Why didn’t you format the external drive APFS on the Mac?
