How cool 😍. I really wish we could smell that as spectators... On a cold, grey day like today that would be fantastic! I love the Swirls! I am totally in love with the little sloth face 😍
Wow, Ellen. This fragrance was fascinating. That's the most vanillan I've ever heard of in a fragrance and the way you used it was so interesting. I don't think I have ever seen someone rely completely on the vanillan content for 100% of the color. It is shocking how dramatic the change was on those bars!!! Great job ❤️ They look fantastic!
Oh my goodness, these look fantastic ! I just want to take a bite! Lol.😂 I can just imagine how delicious they smell. Great job working with the discoloration.💗
Hi Ellen, yep, this turned out beautifully! I will have to remember to split the batter and don't put any fragrance in the white part so that it will not discolor. I wish we had smellavision lol! Thank you 🥰💞
Love it! I'm getting ready to make another beer and coffee soap but I'm trying to figure out how to make the dark brown lye solution split off for some blue layers. The only thing I can come up with is putting TD in the lye solution as a portion of my water...
Ellen, I love your channel! You are so lovely and pleasant to watch. Your joy shines through. I was wondering, where did you find your pitchers (the ones you use to mix your soap batch)? I’ve been searching for containers like that with the shorter spouts. Thanks!
That fragrance sounds devine! I love autumn and summer. Wish I could order from you but I'm all the way in New Zealand. Love watching your inspiring work though 🙂
Oh My!!! I love how they turned out. I wish I could smell it ☺️ Your soaps always turn out so beautiful 😍 if you don’t mind me asking what size mold do you have? I am considering getting a slab mold and I like the idea of getting something like what you have😊 thank you much❤️
Lovely 😊 i love ❤️ fall except for the cold weather. 😝 can you please list in the description box where you got this scent I ❤️ butterscotch and caramel. I didn’t see it on Nature Garden. Please and Thank You!
Beautiful soap! I wish we had smellovision... I love your stamp! Is it acrylic and do you apply anything (alcohol/ oil) to the stamp before using it? Mine sometimes take chunks out of the soap and ruins the bar. Thank you for sharing your soap making with us
Hi, I can’t get over how beautiful that swirl is..I was wondering, you know how when you use brown micas or really any dark colorants you can get colored suds. Do you get colored suds when the color is from discoloration? Thanks for the video.☺️❤️
Oh my word girlfriend!! You're in my head again! 😂😂😂 I just made a batch 3 days ago with Winter White, King Tut, Goldfinger and a fragrance that turned the batter I held back dark brown. Love how yours turned out! Hey, have you ever tried Vanilla Color Stabilizer? I always wondered if it helps. Have a fabulous day!!!
I'm always so impatient when it comes to mixing lye with things other than water.... Then I regret it when the smell is overwhelmingly stinky. Last time I tried beer soap I had to discard it because the fumes were making me gag haha
That is so pretty!! I love it with the dark vs light, did it stay that way after the cure? BTW that pumpkin pie is so DELICIOUS!! That little sample piece smells up the whole bathroom.
Those colors look great together. Great job
Ohhh that fragrance sounds amazing!!! Beautiful soap!
Thanks 💕 it really is 🥰
Beautiful as usual! Ty
Thank you! 😊
That. Looks. like. A. Humongous. bar. of .chocolate! Looks amazing

Oh my goodness, these look fantastic ! I just want to take a bite! Lol.😂 I can just imagine how delicious they smell. Great job working with the discoloration.💗
Thanks 💕 with the vanillin that high you've just gotta roll with it 😂
But you make brown soaps look sooo good! That's not always easy to do🤜🤛
Thank you 💕 it’s a challenge sometimes 🤣
Nice swirls! Love how these turned out at finish! I wish you had smell-a-vision, also. That should be a popular one! Blessings 💕👍💕
Thanks 💕 it's a good one 🥰

I absolutely love how the bar looks 😍 ❤ 💕! I'm getting that fragrance oil for sure! Putting it on my ERS Well Behaved FO list!
👍 it's a good one 💕

I've put TD in the lye when I know it's going to discolor and I want color swirls 😉
@@EllenRuthSoap Thanks so much for reassuring my thought process...
Ellen, I love your channel! You are so lovely and pleasant to watch. Your joy shines through.
I was wondering, where did you find your pitchers (the ones you use to mix your soap batch)? I’ve been searching for containers like that with the shorter spouts. Thanks!
Thank you🥰 The "poly pitchers" in the description box are the ones I'm using.
Thank you, ma’am! ❤️🧼😎
That fragrance sounds devine! I love autumn and summer. Wish I could order from you but I'm all the way in New Zealand. Love watching your inspiring work though 🙂
Thanks so much for watching! It does smell great🥰
Thank you for another amazing video! Can you tell me what preservative you put in you TD mixture?
Thanks 💕 I used optiphen
Oh My!!! I love how they turned out. I wish I could smell it ☺️ Your soaps always turn out so beautiful 😍

They are''' beautiful'''
🥰💕
Lovely 😊 i love ❤️ fall except for the cold weather. 😝 can you please list in the description box where you got this scent I ❤️ butterscotch and caramel. I didn’t see it on Nature Garden. Please and Thank You!
It's from Wholesale Supplies Plus
Thanks 🙏🏾
What kind of preservative did you use for your TD?
Optiphen
I just noticed that you mk a like of earth tones Soaps
I got Butterscotch Pumpkin from wsp and it was great oob but it completely disappeared in the soap. I wonder if its because of the Pumpkin I put in?
Not sure about that one, this one smells great 👍 it just discolored like 😜
If the discoloration is from the vanilla and you may not want that...have you tried a vanilla stabilizer? Looks beautiful though!.
Thanks 💕 I have not used vanilla stabilizer....
Beautiful soap! I wish we had smellovision... I love your stamp! Is it acrylic and do you apply anything (alcohol/ oil) to the stamp before using it? Mine sometimes take chunks out of the soap and ruins the bar. Thank you for sharing your soap making with us
Thank you 💕 it's a hard resin plastic 😉 and I spritz with rubbing alcohol

When the color is from the fragrance, you don't get discolored suds😉
Oh my word girlfriend!! You're in my head again! 😂😂😂 I just made a batch 3 days ago with Winter White, King Tut, Goldfinger and a fragrance that turned the batter I held back dark brown.

Those fragrances sounds great 💕 I've never tried the stabilizer...
What is the % of the preservative you are using in the TD mixture?
each preservative is different, so just use the reommended amount for the volume of mixture..
I'm always so impatient when it comes to mixing lye with things other than water.... Then I regret it when the smell is overwhelmingly stinky. Last time I tried beer soap I had to discard it because the fumes were making me gag haha
🥰🤣💕
That is so pretty!! I love it with the dark vs light, did it stay that way after the cure? BTW that pumpkin pie is so DELICIOUS!! That little sample piece smells up the whole bathroom.
🥰💕 yes, it stayed dark all the way thru after the cure
I want some... wanna be friends
These are just gorgeous, Ellen Ruth! Your tips and tricks are always appreciated!
Thanks 💕
