Really glad you’ve got this series up and running again. I appreciate the time you take to make these as well as to do the previous cinematic intros, but I must say I do miss them. I hope when you reintroduce them in the future, when you are able of course. I understand life and personal matters often times makes this difficult. Either way, I’m happy to see you back and uploading man! Thanks for making such entertaining and informative episodes for us to enjoy.
One way I like to imagine this, Libo was in the Early Republic, Sallinator in the High Republic and Caesar now in the Late Republic and after him, a new power might rise in the Senate ;)
Hey Summary, would it be possible to replace the lorica segmentata textures in MARCSUMM Realistic Roman Legions with the ones from the Rome HD RECOLOR mod? In my opinion they look better but what do you think?
@@TWSummary Okay I'm not a modder so i'm not familiar with the names. I'm specifically speaking about the armors on the imperial cataphract legionary unit. I can send you in game pictures over discord if you'd like.
Good series! What mods are you using ? I want to do a realistic and history accurate Roman Campaign with scipio Cornelii faction if you have any tips on great mods it would be thankful and ofc I play DEI :)
@summary i still dont get how you got the slaves to give a % of extra income i got the same mods but for me it only gives me a certain amount of denari extra
You need slave traders and an edict sell slaves (works for me in Mithradetic wars campaign which is more difficult than GC imo) as Sulla you need to reqonquer a lot and then go even further to get the full Roman Empire. Public order is sh*t and empire maintenance too.
How do you edit the campaign and mod it to your needs? really interesting as I've never heard of it. Great videos by the way I started watching it and now I cant stop :)
Summary, love these videos they are super fun and the recap at the beginning is excellent each episode. I have been playing with your mod list and am getting the some mods are out of date message at startup and the game crashes, any idea which mods are the issue without unsubscribing them all in steam and adding them all back in one by one until it breaks?
If i may, when i get the same message, its usually DEI. Launch the game with the "disabling out of date mods", then close it back and relaunch it again. It fixes it for me (until the next time when DEI crashes again...). If it doesnt, it might be worth to redownload DEI.
Will try to do so. My profile is private so I don't think I can. Due to my presence on steam which is massive now a lot of hackers on steam trying to dupe me so I made my profile private.
In your economy guide you really support the use of temples of mercury, but you dont seem to be using them in this playthrough. Did you learn something new about the economy or just decide you didn't need them?
So they are usually good for 3 reasons - public order - conversion - commerce bonus If you can build another building without the need for these 3 reasons then you should - I'm Roman and Latium doesn't need conversion. - Colosseum Pantheon and Circus Maxima give insane public order - Commerce bonus is offset by building other buildings which give a flat out economy boost.
I explained in the community post at the time that making these intros takes a lot of time editing. Currently, I have a lot of real-life stuff, keeping me occupied.
Something tells me this man, Caesar is special, great deeds awaits him, as Goddess Fortuna favours the bold
Indeed. Greatness awaits the mighty Caesar.
How do you create those awesome intros.

I will see what can be done. Give me the texture names and the model name.

Does he was a consul off rome mod replace rome extraveganza? Or can I play with the 2 mods enabled? I play with rome extraveganza now.

I would recommend my own mod list. Check out the mod HeWasAConsulOfRome.
Could you please do A Sparta campaign, your commentary is perfect!
Soon hopefully. Sparta is one of my favorite factions.

Several modding tools so you need to ask which part you specifically wish to know brother.
sorry for barging in but wanted to use occasion and ask what tool to use and which table to look after in order to change ongoing diplomatic treaties?
Absolutely love the series!Would you consider playing with one of the Hellenistic factions after finishing Rome's campaign?
Absolutely

Maybe the cultural UI mod. But apart from that the only way is to do the tedious one by one disabling to check
I usually do it in batches of 5 mods then narrow it down further.

Bro what happened to the intros? They were so good 😭 anyways as always good and entertaining videos that teach me how to play DEI!
He is very busy in real life, so he had to cut them in order to release the episodes sooner, he had a poll on this channel for this
@@mariuss1590 oh dang, well it doesn't matter because it's a good trade off
why didnt you do an intro like u used to do

"our economy is truggling" ... say the guy that has more than a million denari cash and still makes 15k with sumerous legions active :)
Lol
Wow 41 Units in one Legio? Is this a submod for DEI?
It's save parser to edit the save games it's not a mod.
@@TWSummary thx for the fast reply! Sounds cool especially for an "editing noob" like me. By the way good videos!
