This series helped me through my own Roma campaign. I'm playing as the Junius and I'm basically at war with almost all the barbarians and still pulling mad income (mostly because I enslave everyone and then sell them) but I have serious problems with food.
Glad I could help. You can have couple of food provinces to help your situation.
@@TWSummary But I think the food supply in DEI is not global like in vanilla but by province

It's 41 unit stack banner on steam.
Fourth Legio IV Scythica
IIII is the historical way of writing it IV is more modern and not time appropriate the reasons the Roman's didn't use IV is because it can be confused for "JU" which was written as IV which are the first two alphabets of the Roman God Jupiter and therefore blasphemous to use.
Therefore the Roman's never used IV but IIII never used XIV but XIIII
They also wrote IX as XVIIII and XIX as XVIIII

Wait didn't Rome take out the Selucids and occupie Antiock before they took the black Sea?
Because Bithynia and some other factions were actually client states. It was afther the Mithradetic wars that they decided to just take the province off Syria. Pompey did that.
Heey Summary, thanks for all the work man, i almost finish the series. I have some questions: why you care so much about de province population? In my campaign i dont make the inmigration building and i still have alot of ploletari. And military province why you make so much auxiliary building. Y rather build one auxiliary and manipular, some repplenish supplies or mars temples.
41 stack armies and 39 legions requires a lot of pop3 and pop4 as Romans.

hey summary, hi there, great chapter as always, my friend i have a question, how do you manage to almost not having slave rebellions, i wonder if there are some buildings that help with it, im so lazy that i dont wanted to pause when you show your provinces, maybe i havent figured out yet, but could it be that when you dont tax a province you not gonna have slaves rebellions??
Good public order prevents slave rebellions.
How do you get such gargantuan economic gains in some of those provinces? Is it the slave multipliers? Best I can do in Latium is around 18k
Yes slaves is the key. It totally counters empire maintenance
@@TWSummary To bring in slaves, I'm guessing you take slaves as captives after battles and loot settlements instead of occupy?
Also, what's the best way to go about countering the horrifying effects that slaves have on public order? I'm getting like crazy negative public order debuffs from having like 60% slave population.

No that would be historical agreed but that province was much smaller. This province in game includes the province of Galatia and Cappadocia. So it technically is 3 Roman provinces. Galatia , Cappadocia and Lycia et Pamphylia. But it's too long to name so Galatia et Cappadocia is fine.
