The update is now available through the "system update" page in the projector.
It's the same number (date) as the one in your video.
HDMI input lag is gone :)

Have you ever encountered a problem that an online update is not coming to this device (Wanbo X5)?
Since the purchase, there was a version XCHR-V-1.0.0.4:20231031, new updates have not come and are not coming to this day (Although as far as I know they are, the same 1.0.19; 1.0.2.1; 1.0.2.3)
I tried to find firmware on the Internet - unsuccessfully, no one posted them anywhere (I found only my version, 1.0.0.4), tried to reset to factory settings - unsuccessfully, tried to write to support - they say that I need to update the device online, but how to do it if I don't receive updates - I have no idea.
Ask Wanbo Support to give you the latest firmware to update through USB.
Hey Jayce, you and me and all your followers seems very projector addicted. And it seems that the most of us are not that rich like Richie rich, Batman or Ironman. But I think we all wanted to own a native 4k projector. Ok, you as UA-camr sure got one, but maybe you can test one of this devices :

My last information is that the Paris Rhone is available to purchase, but not here in Germany. The other are maybe still in development.
It would be great to see a 4k native 1lcd projector on your channel. because I trust in your special way of testing projectors and make my purchase decision dependent on it like many others i think.
3 of them are almost the same I believe. The only advantage that I like - native 4K. But still having 1LCD limitations like poor colour gamut, brightness uniformity, low brightness, not off-axis viewing and so on...
I am waiting for V1 Ultra myself...
@@jayceooi yes, but have a look about the overall developing since the last years of all the 1lcd devices. There are a few devices with a really good looking picture and optics.
I hope that the LCD 's are same of them. But with the upgrade to 4k
Is the latest firmware that solves input lag already out? And if they release will I be able to update it via system update or do I need to download the firmware and install if by myself.

I wish my Wewatch v50 pro get update like this cause has spectacular picture quality for it price but high input lag up to 130 ms, sometimes 80ms...
