What the hell did the neighbor have to do with the story???
The government has to be held accountable, the people who sent these scampers PPP loans need to be fired and jailed.
What do you expect when you start giving large sums of money with little oversight. Most business owners I know who got a ppp loan were already doing fine. They just treated like it was huge stimulus for them while us working class people always getting screwed.

These criminals need very harsh sentences and he shouldn’t be allowed into the US ever.
