It's quite funny when they say 3198 sqft. And the worst part is they say 4bhk. Are you really serious? The 4th room is not even a bedroom, it's a store which they beautifully designed as a kids room, as if the kids won't grow up. Fitting queen beds and saying the rooms are spacious is an utter joke. 1.9 cr don't come easy. 30% area is loading area, which builders sell within the cost and say it's a huge apartment. Another point to note, the interior won't come as complementary. For this level of interior shake your pocket for another 30 - 40 lacs or maybe more, so please don't say very nicely done rooms. Total misinformation.

@@Rishu_0512 read my comment again. Where did I mention anything about another property? I am just sharing a perspective on what they are offering. This is what the trend is these days from all developers. It is about volume for them, but not value. I hope this finds you eveb funnier.

That's just the builder price. Otherwise you can get it even at 1.8 Cr coz there's hardly any habitation in this society. It will easily take another 4-5 years. So many people who had invested in this almost half a decade ago don't want to wait for the long haul. That's the reality of most societies in Gurgaon. So if u have good negotiation skills, do visit there and u can get a much better price.
@@unclewithtits I know people who had booked 3bhk here for 1.5cr and I there are few who bought ready to move for 1 cr. Its so u predictable 😓
