Density per acre is high for Shapoorji.. rest all is very good
@@ManpreetSingh-ex4xm see the pre launch price of Dec 18….. 915sqft was sold at 55 (all inclusive) which now stands at 1.05cr …. Joyville is mid segment housing platform 😊 so density of 88flats per acre is just fine.
Joyville is enjoying premium for two reasons.
1. Location accessibility to hero Honda chowk
2. The name shapoorji
Once the underpass is completed (which will be in a year or 2) the price will see 20-30%jump in addition to Dwarka exp completion. So I am expecting atleast 40% appreciation on 2cr for 1852sqft by 2026 before saturation hits.
