This stage went a lot smoother than I expected, especially at Area 1 and the fight with Sherudo. Still, I hate that dumb mistake I made in the hall before I got to him...
and one good example of the campiness lies in House of the Dead 2 (it looks like even though they're looking at a target person when they're talking to them, i sense that they're reading something from an unseen cue card
Some fans said it will confirmed to have Richard Miller in Time Crisis 5 (the main series of the game), he'll won't be the only one that defeat Wild Dog alone, there's new VSSE agents besides him (3 of them now). Usually Richard miller will change his appearance from old to new. He'll have a long beautiful ponytail, muscular body and new height of 10' 7" tall (10 feet 7 in).
Oh, and then there's Sherudo jumping in and out of cover like a frikkin acrobat, but then when he's got to move to new cover he's limping and going really slow.
In the area at 00:58, you can shoot the support beams to make them fall on the enemy. This was a great game, I spent a small fortune on it at the arcades...
*shrugs* I dunno. But when I made this video, I was using a cheap knock-off lightgun too and not a real Guncon. With a real Guncon (that I got recently), my accuracy jumps up by 10% and the time goes a lot faster too.
Imagine seeing Sherudo Garo and the other good but only-appear once bosses make a comeback on Time Crisis 5 (not razing storm). He's cool and fast, together with Wild Fang , I believe these two are one of the hardest bosses to fight
0:53-1:10 see that big metal thing around the top right part of the corner holding all the metal beams together? put about five rounds into that and it collapses, its a wave-killing cinematic (eg like shooting the explosive crates in stage 1 killing all the enemies)
Either you get hit, or you don't get hit. Like I said, the only shots that reduce health make red bulletholes on the screen. Any other shot does nothing, even if it makes the screen flash.
@NailStrafer The red enemies will hit you with one shot. Others need time for their shots to reach the center of the screen before a red bullet hole can form, meaning that you got hit. That's why you got Crisis Sight in the sequels so you know when you must hide.
No...it was a mistake. I have played this game a lot, and I knew the red guy was going to be there. My plan was to hit him straight off as soon as I turned that corner, but I missed and he got me.
Good job again. But I don't think one mistake your fault, techinally. The enemies dressed in red are usually have high accuracy, and their first shot can hit you with a high possibility. And it's also funny that when Sherudo retreats he looks like he's dying, but when you start again he moves like nothing happened. This only shows that video games didn't have to be that realistic to be cool back then, and it's still that way now. XD.
I think the guy said "fuc-- fire!" after 3:50 as well! O.o (Albeit one of them whispered "Why do we keep fighting this player if none of us can't f*cking take him down?!"....)
is there a COMPUTER version of this(if is possible to made it)?...because this game is something that i played when i was 5 or 6 and it's the best game ever!!!i want it back now :)
Personally, I feel that anyone would shit themselves if they were Richard at 0:44. Anyway, what I am eager to know is how did the person playing this get 5 lives. When I used to play this, I could only ever have 3. Please respond. Thanks.
Look at 4:02 to 4:08. He has been clearly hit. But before that he hasn't. Looks like PS1 games really makes you confused on which he will shoot you or not.
@ninotimecrisisfan You fit the profile of a Stop Having Fun guy. You think it's unacceptable for me to play the game any way except the way YOU like to play it. Otherwise I'm a "nub". That's exactly what you did in your first post.
brown means rocket launcher, green machine gun, orange/yellow means grenade or melee, white is the elite troops, and they can have anything.
I miss playing this in the arcade. And i cant believe this video has been on youtube since 2007.
I loved how they replayed the bosses getting shot up in slow-mo. I like those scenes.
This game brought back so many memories (: thank you so much.
and one good example of the campiness lies in House of the Dead 2 (it looks like even though they're looking at a target person when they're talking to them, i sense that they're reading something from an unseen cue card
"My name is Sherudo. Since you have traveled so very far, be my guest and let me enterTAIN YOU!"
I know this is just a game and a very fun one too but how many bullets could this man Richard carry?
I learned about shooting the beams at that part after the dark room.

An awesome game, much fun was had those times. Also loved the original mode with different paths. Oh man I miss lightguns =(
In the area at 00:58, you can shoot the support beams to make them fall on the enemy. This was a great game, I spent a small fortune on it at the arcades...
Who needs a machine gun when you have a pistol that can take down HELICOPTERS!
Richard Miller's pistol = Godly
@Spartan007George to me, Sherudo looks like Ricardo Montaner (a latin music artist who is quite popular in Puerto Rico and his homeland of Venezuela).
*shrugs* I dunno. But when I made this video, I was using a cheap knock-off lightgun too and not a real Guncon. With a real Guncon (that I got recently), my accuracy jumps up by 10% and the time goes a lot faster too.

One thing I notice from video games: it doesn't matter where someone is shot. Even a shot in the foot is fatal.
Such awesome music I can't find in Galbadia Hotel.
0:53-1:10
see that big metal thing around the top right part of the corner holding all the metal beams together?

this guy's fight is the best man
Enemy 1: "FIRE!"
Enemy 2: "HALT!"
LOL!
0:45 WOW....good old times where this can happen even with old graphics.
I don't think you'd be too happy about getting the same advice for two years. That happens on almost every one of my Dead Rising boss videos.
Either you get hit, or you don't get hit. Like I said, the only shots that reduce health make red bulletholes on the screen. Any other shot does nothing, even if it makes the screen flash.

If the screen flashes without a red gunshot, that means you haven't been hit. It just means the bullet passed close to you or something.
If wild dog share the voice of Chris Redfield from Resident Evil, the funny feeling richard will give him a atom wedgie
THERE HE IS
GOTCHAAA
Stage 2 was always my fav.
YARRR! -drops with chandelier-
I'm not even going to ask how they got there..
3:41 thats funny part "WHAAAARRRRR!!"
"WHAAAAARRRR!!!"
sherudo best villian ever best stage ever and best music ever
What're you talking about? It's down at the bottom of the screen. And the handgun's the only available weapon in this game.
Wild Dog's voice seems to be the same guy that voiced Chris in the original Resident Evil. Hmmm.....
I was always hoping that Sharudo would of shown back up in the later games being like some supper badass dagger nut :P.
i complete time crisis 2,3 and 4 but have not try this yet.
Perhaps players complained over it being too hard to tell when you're going to get hit from the first game, so they added it for future games.
at 1:00 just shoot the metal bar that holds the large brownish struts. They'll fall and end it for you. Not sure if that's faster though.
Twice...and the only times you get hurt are when you see red bullet holes on the screen. The rest of the time the bullets are just near misses.
No...it was a mistake. I have played this game a lot, and I knew the red guy was going to be there. My plan was to hit him straight off as soon as I turned that corner, but I missed and he got me.
Yeah, that makes sense. Thanks.

Yes, thank you for the input, but this has already been settled.
I think the guy said "fuc-- fire!" after 3:50 as well! O.o
(Albeit one of them whispered "Why do we keep fighting this player if none of us can't f*cking take him down?!"....)
Did you...?
*checks*
Yay for you then. But this video isn't meant to show my skill or anything. It was made just so people can see what this game is like.
is there a COMPUTER version of this(if is possible to made it)?...because this game is something that i played when i was 5 or 6 and it's the best game ever!!!i want it back now :)
the only good thing about this game is that the enemy soldiers talk on this game :D
but the poor richard can't say a word :/
That last section on area one, you can shoot down the steel gurders at the right.
In the new ons I like that you can change funs but I hate the terror bites
Richard is the hottest and most popualr agent in VSSE
It's probably your computer. You are the very first person who's complained about this video not working.
What's wrong with putting it on easy? Do I look like I'm trying to hide that it's on easy?
What do you expect? Light gun games have never been known for good acting.
@CARNLOU Absolutely. First time I played it, I was like "WTFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" at 0:44 :D
Does the GunCon 2 work if I play this on my PS2?
Long time since I played this but how do you know if a bullet will hit you or not? Time crisis 2 onwards had red rings appear around the gun.
he didn't said biatch, he said sharks, just like some other enemies do in the time crisis
Yeah, I was mistaken. Sorry about the error.
And I'm sorry for getting uppity like that.
It's exactly the way it was in the arcade. It was cheesy as hell, but then again, that wasn't why we played, eh?
this game rocks ^^
Action!!!
ACTION ! RELOAD !
Im addicted to this game, Help!!!!!
0:43
"ACTION!"
>fuck that shit
"ACTION!"
No problem, I know you were trying to help, it was just a little late, heh.
Personally, I feel that anyone would shit themselves if they were Richard at 0:44. Anyway, what I am eager to know is how did the person playing this get 5 lives. When I used to play this, I could only ever have 3. Please respond. Thanks.
he literally brought a knife to a gun fight. lol
Look at 4:02 to 4:08. He has been clearly hit. But before that he hasn't. Looks like PS1 games really makes you confused on which he will shoot you or not.
nice one
Wow..okay...this answered my question from the first stage. You can get hurt. ^^;
I always thought he said "SHUCKS!" or "SUCKS!" which would have been a friendlier version of "SHIT!" for the censors. Just my guess anyway.
@castlevaniacrazy5
i wish they had kept Sherudo as the main villain, instead of Wild dog taking control.
That may be your opinion, but I think someone interrupted someone saying "FIRE!"
The PS1 version has an easy mode where you get five lives.
Cool i want to have this game!!
thums up if you want to see this game remade on the ps3 and the old version as an extra
I've beaten this game. It's pretty hard. Wild Dog is really fast. If you struggle, keep practising.
Richard looks hot no wonder the fangirls like to date with him. ^^
プロだwwwすげぇwwww
Richard reflection in the mirror 4:11
Sherudo Garo kinda reminds me of Gustav Graves from Die Another Day.
I cant let you get close
Haha. A Time Crisis film would be off the chain mate. Johnny Depp for Richard, that's all I say. haha.
I beat Time crisis 2 in one day with a kid at a bowling alley.
Can u use the gun 4 the ps1 version on the ps3????
Can sony please put this game to the PSN Store? Please?
Area 1 theme=metal gear solid
Me=WTF
Well, okay. But still, good job.
i hated that dark room part... still, the game was cool.
hey nailsrafer can i ask you something wheres your life and did you only have hand gun?
Why don't they just make the helicopters out of the same stuff the riot shields are made of?
Sherudo looks like Rufus Shinra from FF7.
LOL at the enemy at 00:20
he said biatch LOL
What name is Richard s hairstyle?
@ninotimecrisisfan You fit the profile of a Stop Having Fun guy. You think it's unacceptable for me to play the game any way except the way YOU like to play it. Otherwise I'm a "nub". That's exactly what you did in your first post.
classic segment 4.42-4.47
I think I heard "Fucking fire!" at around 3:50 O_o
It"s Sherudo garo
