Bad advice. Never send your written report to human resources, they will bury the report.

What do you recommend someone do instead?

You know what happened to me? I reported it to the Security Police employees in the building after I was stalked at that workplace. Those Security Police employees, one a corrupt cop, had an active prostitution situation going on in their own office. They harassed me out of the job and ever since, for 13 long years these same people, the security police guys and their work prostitutes have harassed me while I drive, walk, shop, or go anywhere.
The most disgusting people you would never want to know. Their workplace prostitutes are shabby, but will dress up, get botox shots, get expensive clothing, maybe even facial surgery. Anyways, their work prostitutes are as aggressive as guys, vulgar and so repulsive you would take a step backwards as soon as they approach.
The security guys, instead of helping me after being stalked by a guy at work, sickened managers onto me and are to this day actively harassing me when I am out in public.
They need to quit making these videos that depict sexual harassment like they are situations that are easily brought under control. The truth is just different.

@@dm5129 First off, I am so sorry to hear about your experience - I am so disgusted to hear what you’ve had to endure. Thank you for taking the time to share - people need to hear these stories and understand the evil that exists among us.
I hope you have a good support network, as I know from my own experience that going through this kind of stuff can be incredibly torturous and extremely isolating. I am going through something similar myself… different details, but it began with workplace harassment which I reported and then things escalated to the point of me feeling my life was being threatened. Incredibly sinister energies, and not sure what exactly it’s all about… but harassed out of my job and the the place I was living. Still trying to recover from it all and it’s been absolute hell going through all this and the damage it has caused me on all levels. It feels like that’s what they wanted, that they feed off of the destruction and suffering they cause others.
I still wonder what one is meant to do when they find themselves in these kinds of scenarios… as you said, HR (and even unions) don’t seem interested in helping those targeted, while they protect and further enable the perpetrators.
