Its pretty worth as the house is very well done. Did u go with an ID or just hire a contractor to do all the renovations?

I hired ID for basic carpentry work, overlay of toilet tiles and false ceiling. Would have gotten contractor to do it but unfortunately it was during Covid, so there's very limited choice! Some of the installation in my house are DIY, like the fluted panel and some of the items are outsource from direct supplier. So I definitely saved some money here and there! :D

This is just renovation cost. Furnishing additionally cost around $10k for our house. Of course, the price can always go higher or lower depending on individual's preference and lifestyle.
