Yeah. Would be different if he was just walking down the street not breaking any laws but he’s literally being pulled over. That by itself is a detention for some type of infraction.
The issue is that in many places officers aren't legally required to tell you why they pulled you over before asking for ID. The law isn't that hard. Driving a car on public roads is a privilege given to you by the state. Part of that privilege is that if you commit a traffic infraction, you are required to present ID. He was caught speeding so the officer has probable cause to stop his car on the public roadway and demand his DL. He does not get to refuse or set the terms of how he will display that DL. Doesn't matter if AZ isn't a "stop and ID state", none of that matters if you're driving a car on public roads.

@@cmz5847 aww, did someone's girl run away with the local cop? Show me on the doll where the mean ol powice man hurt your feefees.
Poor frank he looked so disappointed in this man 😢
New series! Court with frank. Start with this one
This is hard to watch on both ends ngl😂
This may sound stupid but I’m a Marylander and I’ve never been asked for proof of insurance, is Maryland the exception or do most states not ask for it?
He does not need to tell you why you got pulled over in Arizona, different states have different laws…
Wow! Deputy Sloup is always courteous and professional. When someone crosses the line he is suitably assertive, which he was in this occasion when the detainee tried to put preconditions on giving his ID. The detainee was rude, belligerent, and factually wrong on numerous matters of law. I too hope this went to court and we can see what happened there!
He's in the Brady List

The Board considered comments from Compliance Specialist Mike Deltenre. Chief
Gwaltney made a motion to close this case with No Action with Agency Discretion. The
motion was seconded by Colonel Milstead and passed unanimously.
The frauditor pages are filled with lies made up by these loser trolls who are just looking for attention. They make false claims that Frank has been fired, demoted, can't testify in court, stole overtime pay, destroyed evidence, destroyed laptops, raped a woman, etc. Their followers are stupid enough to believe their lies without bothering to look up the facts. It's a matter of public record.
Good work, sir....stay safe ❤
Sir, you are awesome!
If i was officer i would be wearing black full cover mask and give them wrong badge number because they could use that and make fake stuff and scam others
The problem is people believe they know the law better.....tow his car, arrest him
"That's not how it works." Are you f'ing kidding me
I really need a follow up on this Driver.
I’m confused why you would be doing traffic enforcement in a neighboring county. How does this serve the residents of the county that you’re employed by?
The back-the-blue folks are okay with it. It’s not their intent to serve ANYBODY.
One step above a SovCit in the food chain of intelligence.
Deputy Frank Sloap if I could have you NOT to go to court I pay for your day off for sure ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Dude he literally pulled you over for speeding what makes you in any right 😂😂😂😂 you mad bro
this is always amazing people saying they have right while clearly ignoring these rights are attached to duties.
and abiding law is one of these duties.
I'm glad mr "i know my rights" started recording, that way we can see him being a jackass from 2 prospectives 🤦♂️
So did it go to court?
Pretty sure when you get pulled over you’re legally detained, therefore bypassing the “stop and id”
It’s not a stop and id if you’re legally detained
We need an update on this
Omg take the ticket and pay the ticket thats how you grow !
Love it when average Joe citizens think their lawyers and know more about the law than the police only to get schooled on what the law really is. What a clown. Wasted so much time.
I’m a fan of Frank but unfortunately, his pride got the best of him here 😔
Negative my friend, he acted perfectly normal. He even showed this footage to the pinal county attorney who also agreed with his actions.
@@RonaldMcDonaldHasAGuns respectfully speaking, just because it’s the opinion of the “pinal county attorney” doesn’t mean that that is the absolute truth. It’s simply their own opinion.
I don’t need another persons “opinion”to see that he lost his cool here.
Might I add, my comment wasn’t an invitation for a debate.
So respectfully, I will not be going back & forth with you
👍🏻
@@SheisRedeemed Guess what, if you don’t want people to comment on what you say. Then don’t say anything at all.
@@RonaldMcDonaldHasAGuns umm..a respectful person can say their thoughts and not need to have a debate. The fact that you go out of your way to go against someone’s else’s thoughts ,shows a lot about you who you are as a person.
Not everything is meant to be argued
Life is a lot more simple when you don’t instigate every situation 👍🏻
this guy is him as a traffic cop
I love Frank
The music is just making this episode.
These idiots all memorize the same scripted information and use it for everything but have no understanding why it was written or the use of it. Typical
I do this for a living….”
Love how he thinks he could outsmart a ticket. He got the one guy who gives everyone a warning. Until you are a dick. We all hate getting pulled over, but being a dick and a bully just makes things worse.
You can't fix stupid!!!!!🤨
This guy is the best ❤
I’ve never understood why argue a stop especially when your clearly in the wrong i try to show the upmost respect and accountability out of 5 stops I been stopped only 2 times have a got a ticket
CaN I sEe yOur SuPerVisOR?
Funny how this guy thinks frank is the ass hat 😂😂
I wonder - did this guy just give up and pay his fine, or did he try to take it to court and fight it?
Guy took it to court, lucked out and got it dismissed due to a internal system glitch (glitch caused the traffic stop to not show up in the system). The glitch was discovered after the guy got his case dismissed and has been repaired and fixed. Guy lucked out and got out of it due to a glitch.
No the frank is dumb and and didn’t file the ticket and also did not show up to court
@@rmgoinhammer No, you're dumb for believing anything a liar like Lackluster says.
Fun fact, the ticket was never uploaded and it was taken to court and dropped. So frank didn't do nothing.
It was uploaded. Look up Frank Sloup WHAT HAPPENED AFTER the most popular episode?
Okay, tbf, the app updating is unfortunate. Annoying for the officer, but not intentional on part of the drive
I'd like to provide a anti troll comment. I believe the officer. I don't know deputy sheriff for sheriff. Is doing a great and most Professional job. I don't provide this anti troll comment because I'm law. Enforcement or in favor of law. Enforcement, which every true american should be, but I call them the way I see them. My father world war two veteran raised me like that. It is a federal mandate, and it is A. Requirement of most all fifty states in the united states that when you are asked by a law enforcement officer or agent, you are required bylaw to provide a valid driver's license proof of registration and proof of current insurance. Fact microp.
As a follow up did this go to court???
Yes. Frank explains everything about this stop and the aftermath on his own UA-cam channel.
Ticket was dismissed 🤗
@@thepax2621 The software PCSO was using didn't send the ticket information to courts outside of Pinal County. This stop happened in Maricopa County. The judge had no choice but to dismiss the ticket when the information hadn't arrived at his court. Because of this case, Pinal County was able to identify and fix the glitch in the system.

If you have the money to buy a Genesis GV80, you can certainly pay a speeding ticket. Be a man.
Didn't have to. The Ticket was dismissed
Not a big cop guy, but isn’t it correct that if you committed a crime stop and identify doesn’t matter
this guy voted for biden forsure
Is "Gross Obnoxiousness" grounds for a ticket? It should be. If some of your viewers are too stupid to know that YOU know the law, they really need to move on to some nice puppy videos. Thanks, Frank!
cops don't care what the law is and most have no idea what the laws are. They just want to extort and escalate every situation. Are you knew to youtube ?? Hundred of videos of cops breaking the law and even killing and abusing people even when innocent! Brady list Frank here obviously has no respect for the law, policy since he is on the Brady List!
@@swmplvr Find someone smarter than you to show you how to look up facts. Frank's case was dismissed seven years ago.
45mph speed limit in the middle of the desert should be a crime 😂
Well im never going to pinal county, congrats sheriff department for scaring off travelers and or visitors to the area, frank is nothing but a bully
A driver goes 71mph in a 45 zone. When Frank tells the driver he will be happy to tell him why he pulled him over after he provides ID, the driver says That's not how this works. Rather than providing ID, the driver begins recording Frank on his phone. When Frank again asks for his license, the driver says his name instead. Frank once again asks for his license and now that he is recording, the driver says he will gladly give Frank his license. When Frank asks if all of the information on his license is correct, the driver says he doesn't answer questions. He then takes forever to find his proof of insurance on his phone. When Frank returns after entering the ticket in his computer he asks for a contact phone number. The driver says he has given everything he was told to give. Like a Karen, the driver then asks for a supervisor. He then argues that failure to provide ID is a secondary offense. It is not. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor. The driver then begins arguing about civil rights. He then tries to argue about the 4th Amendment. When Frank tells the driver the name of his supervisor, the driver rolls up his window. Even after all of that, the frauditors and their moronic followers cried about Frank being a big mean cop in this interaction. They even tried to claim Frank never entered the ticket even though they showed him doing so in the video.
Per the civil rights
