I so excited for your release of your sock pattern. I am so inspired. I am working on easy slipper sock on straight needles. I am crochet pumpkins with acrylic yarn for my work for fall. I am also working on cowls for my co workers and family. So happy to see all your new projects. Happy knitting and sewing

Omgoodness that child's jumpsuit is sooo cute! I also really love your adult jumpsuits!!! I will check out your sock pattern. It is wonderful to be able to make your own clothes. I am just now learning how to sew. It is going slowly and I am starting out with very small non garment projects but hope to make my own shirts and simple dresses. Loved the podcast!

You are getting up to some very fun projects! I’m excited to see what you do with the dyes. I bought some cochineal and indigo this Spring, but I haven’t taken the time to play with them. There were sellers at the Maryland Sheep and Wool show that we’re selling seeds to grow dyestuff. I did resist because I know my time limitations, but it would have been fun.

Cochineal and Indigo seem like such gorgeous dyes to experiment with, you must report back when you do begin to use them! I've just started this week and it feels so magical to see the fiber and fabric transform. ❤ 🧶

And how cute is this little piece for Esmeralda😍 I cannot understand how it‘s possible for you to knit on your sweater in these temperatures, wow! 🥵 I am currently sitting in a rose park (in almost 30 degrees) and knitting on my Cosmo sweater by Rust Knitwear and on a Brioche sweater I design myself 😊 but I am not very far on both, so I don‘t have this huge piece of fabric that makes you so warm in summer 😂

I'm hoping you get all the knitting joy from working on your sweaters as the weather cools ;) ❤

I haven‘t knit brioche before either 😄 I was swatching with a yarn I liked, didn‘t really feel it in stockinette and just thought it might look nice in brioche. So I watched a video about brioche knitting, tried it out - and it did look so beautiful with this specific yarn! I have a store bought brioche sweater in my wardrobe I get so many compliments for when I wear it, so I had the idea to just knit it myself and that‘s what I am doing now😊 I can only recommend it, it‘s super easy and very fun. You are not doing the same thing all the time like when you knit stockinette in the round, but it‘s so much more enjoyable than ribbing. Happy knitting on your projects 🤗

I'm new to sock making, but have a goal pattern to work towards and actually have the perfect yarn to use. 🙂 Currently, I'm finishing up my first pair of socks, a knitted tee shirt, and a Peplum Top. The weather is starting to cool a bit so I'm anxious to get started on some cardigans, sweaters, and blankets.
