  • I hope this video was helpful for you! Modifying and creating your own colorwork knitting charts can be a wonderful way to make a garment your own. This method can be applied to all sorts of colorwork patters, fair isle, intarsia knitting, yoked sweaters, cowls, mitten and sock knitting. The possibilities are endless!
The knitting pattern I mentioned in this video is the Rug sweater pattern by Junko Okamoto - www.ravelry.co...
And my modified charts can be found here if you are interested - merryweatherli...
Stitch Art is the app I used on my Samsung, and Knitting Chart is an iOS option. My favourite way to create charts though - pencil and paper. ;)

Thank you very much for this little tutorial dear Gabriella 🤗 personally, I prefer to draw my patterns by hand, but this is obviously way more cumbersome if you have to change something. So I actually might considering using one of the apps you recommended the next time I draw a bigger colourwork pattern 😊

Thank you so very much lovely!! It means so much to hear that you enjoyed it. ❤ I have to agree with you~ drawing patterns by hand is my favourite as well (even with the trouble ;) ) but having access to options is always good you are so right! ❤❤❤
