Yes, you’re off your rockers :-). But THANK YOU for doing this for me to see. Sometimes a little persistence can “GET US A LITTLE FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD”.
You probably dont care but if you're bored like me atm then you can stream pretty much all of the new movies and series on Instaflixxer. Have been binge watching with my girlfriend lately xD
Nice it has the 440 you can tell because the distributors of the front not the back I hope it has the 4000 Watt generator and air conditioner which works awesome I have a 73 I'm going to restore good luck with that beautiful beast!!!
Littered campgrounds folding chairs Feed Doritos to the bears, Honey, quick, the Polaroid! Winnebago warrior, brave as old John Wayne Winnebago warrior, a true Yankee pioneer!
As a mechanic since 1982, it was good it did not start right away. If oil does not get all over the engine after sitting for a year or a decade the first start can lock the engine or as my kids say "brick" the engine. Do change the oil ASAP as oil degrades over time.
Hi Joanne. Right now the RV is at my brothers in FL. I am in CT. On my next trip to FL I am going to shoot a video on the restore. Thanks for watching.
We discovered it had 3 bent pushrods, a bad carburetor and a gas tank filled with rust and sludge. We replaced the pushrods, installed a new carburetor and we removed the gas tank. A fabricator is building us a new gas tank out of aluminum. The new tank will not be ready until February. Thank you for watching!
Just picked up a '73 winnebago D20 and this video would be similar to my start up and drive home! Excellent find on your part. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks William and thanks for watching. Be sure to post some photos of your rig. Thanks again;
Artie

So true!
I think I’m about to buy a 1972 out here in Colorado. And live in it most of the time. 🤙🏼
They are a great vintage RV. Good luck with your purchase.
@@offourrockers9471 thank you!

Actually it is a 318. Verified by the stamp on the engine block. No A/C in this one. Thanks for watching.

That looks nice! It's in such good shape it's hard to understand why it was junked
The owner of the junkyard purchased it to resell. He was just storing it in his junk yard. Thanks for watching.

Great RV. Will there be more videos of this one?

@@offourrockers9471 I’m in Florida too. I take it that you all are not interested in selling? Can’t say I blame you.
@@offourrockers9471 or when you are done, and are interested in selling, let me know.
Why would you do such a thing to yourself?!?!?!
Because we love vintage RVs and we have the skills to restore them. Thanks for watching!
You know you love it, just like the ship, glass or plastic 😏
How'd that fuel pump work without a gasket?LOL
You can bet it wasn't the first time that engine had starting issues.😂🥸🥲
The gasket was installed over the two studs on the engine block first then the fuel pump was installed. I’m surprised you didn’t figure that out.
