Toe cramping yes! While grocery shopping (we must have supplies to survive) my feet get numb; ignore keep going. Numbness, pain and stiffness clin up my legs so much make my way to checkout regardless. But once the toe cramping starts toes even cross within my shoes. Trying to hurry out but moving like Frankenstein now and the toe cramps often bring tears to my eyes. Pain leaks from my eyes, so if anyone asks if I’m alright I say I have allergies bc I do. Y’all

I find if I wake up a few hours befor I fully wake up and take levodopa and Artane then sleep a few hours, I cramp a little less in the morning. However I do find any form of overexercise even if it is light swimming a few minutes, I get terrible leg cramps.

Hello Doctor, my right LEG nerve at the CALF pulls and the pain is unbearable (feeling like dying) and when I try to pull my FEET upwards (which is very difficult at that time) it stops after some time. Till that time I couldn't bear the pain. The sign of the pain (not the actual pain) persists till the next day. This happens at least two times a year. Kindly suggest me a remedy.
