18:37 Calling is indeed able to grab the card that it deletes 🙂 However, if that card has an On Deletion effect(s) then you won't be able to activate it because On Deletion effects trigger in the trash and the card is no longer in the trash by the time you are able to activate/resolve the effect. That only applies to the top card of the deleted Digimon though, so if there's an inherited effect that gives an On Deletion you could grab that digivolution card of the deleted Digimon and still get the inherited On Deletion effect as long as the top card stays in the trash.
Stack here. I did misplay. In one game I forgot to draw when digivolving in tyrannomon. That second fenrir could not attack since kimera was already suspended
Some black/green card would greatly help tyrannomon. Black to get the both turns DP Boost, protection from -DP, DE evolution, bound/pop. Also blocker/reboot. Green the lower levels need to be able to tap digimon, or attack untapped cards, or give the effect to the lv5s up. The Taiga needs to be a memory setter and give both turns DP Boost, or some protection.
Yo @16:24 tyrannomon player could’ve suspended the mimi to move out angora, and tapped both taiga’s to reduce the cost of the quartzmon by at least 3 more memory at least more memory
You fenir player shouldn't have lost memory with the palmon to lilymon ace combo. Lily's effect as to fully resolve before the lose memory effect can activate but since the digimon is no longer in play it won't. Palmon's effect would need to say something like "when this digimon WOULD be suspended lose to memory".
hmmm interesting -- for discussion's sake; it does read "when this digimon becomes suspended, lose 2 memory" so the way i'm interpreting it is Lily ACE would suspend. The suspension condition activates, losing two memory and then complete Lily. Yes Lily has to proc in completion but the suspension criteria is still met?
my favorite deck from this set was actually rosemon, it's slowly starting to get its own identity away from just being a different top end for bloomlord related decks
agreed! A lot of people seem to blend the two together but that's absolutely not true as the decks can have very different playstyles and mechanics. Rose is really fun!
To be devils advocate It is a good checks and balances to decks that spam out tamers and/or lower end bodies. It is a difficult body to remove but not impossible. I see what youre saying though particularly in this meta.
@@HyperColosseum it’ll be good when Anubis comes out in ex5 but it’s a blowout tool against weaker power decks. I run it as a funny one of in beelzemon for this instance

"respect the death X" the format. Card just bullys so many decks this format is crazy.
deathX is too good...absolutely so much stronger this format
I feel like deathx needs to be banned cause it creates so many non games

That's the nature of silver bullets, especially if they're boss monsters
