Its hard to believe that just 3 years from then they were all short haired. Less overdrive on the distortion. James started singing most of the yelling. Kirk and lars tongue kissed for the Guitar World magazine. Sparkles on the drum kits. Telecasters. I still love all Metallica but nothing compares to early 90s Metallica
