- This was at the Park City police department in Park City Illinois. 847-662-2135. Ofc baker comes out and he’s unprofessional right away. And the commander seem nonchalant as well.

Stupidest business decision I’ve ever seen to put a dispensary in a swine parking lot. No one is gonna do business with that dispensary where the cops are going to run each and every license plate that visits there and profile the vehicles.

File your written complaint to the local police chief then locate the mayor and city board or council and bring your concerns to the next public meeting!!
To the suspicious being out of the normal. If a neighbor goes into his yard, hangs his garden hose from a tree, wearing a swimsuit, and proceeds to soap up and bathe off, it's not normal, are the police going to come to investigate "SUPICIOUS" behavior?

1) Put it on paper.
2) Get a copy of the PD's policy, read it.
3) Cite specific policy violations. a) Ofc X tried to use color of law to intimidate me. b) Ofc X tried to violate my Fourth Amendment right to be secure in my identity. c) Ofc X threatened to arrest me for no reason.

I started noticing as soon as the cops get any sort of non compliance they reach for the radio and call for the boys. It’s instinctual for them. This guy ain’t listening, let’s go hands on.
