- This is my second f850gs after owning the first one for 4 years. Walk around showing off some of my mods including home made link pipe to bring the exhaust closer and higher to seat, painted r1250gs adjustable screen with custom graphics, LED Lights inc switch and relay (Aliexpress), also home made sat nav bracket with new Garmin XT and a nice framed bag from AliExpress. Givi crash bars for that added protection, Seat is by Seat concepts (USA) and really is 10 x more comfortable than the standard seat.

@@fastfrankee this is my 2nd F850GS, after the 40 year edition gave me so many problems. I rode it for about 7ookm and sadly, vibrations are so strong on the handlebar from 2500-3000rpm that my arms are so itchy even after a 30min ride. Have I been just incredible unlucky, or is this a problem that you're also facing?

For me the 850gs is brilliant, i like it better than my 1200gs for many reasons.

Hi, the holes dont line up so made 4 brackets to line up with the holes on the screen and holes on the bmw screen bracket.

Hi, the Aux led light brackets are the genuine BMW bracket, i managed to get one off ebay.

Hi Bro, i ordered 2 headlight guards (yellow) both do not fit. The side mount is the front screw and also the screw from the indicators.
Your looks like it is mounted only with one screw on the side, but your link from ali express seems like it is like mine, thanks for your help ;)
Hi, yes i did have to modify it (cut the bracket with the screw hole at the back off), and its held with just 1 screw.
Do I lose the warranty by making these modifications?

Hi and thanks, i clean it without removing, easy enough with just a wet cloth threaded between guard and glass.

Hi, starting at the battery from relay go under bottom of tank and along top of frame to the spot light bracket.

All panels are plastic, its for design and safety, and sound proof from top of engine and air filter

I'm sure it doesn't but in any case you can always swap back to standard before taking back to shop.
How you can turn on the auxiliary lights and keep the day light on? In my motorcycle I can't do that!!! in order to turn the auxiliary on I have to turn on the headlight...
Hi, my auxiliary lights are wired to battery using a relay.
The best way to do so is with CAN bus controller, like HEX ezCAN. Don't wire it to the battery, just don't. This is what CAN is for, to control your accessories.
