I'd think about putting a nice layer of crispy hashbrowns on top of the sausage, then add the eggs and cheese!
I bet that would be slamming on a biscuit. Adding this one to the mix for sure.
I've made more than my share of these over the years. They're BOMB with biscuits, topped with a bacon redeye gravy
It does make a slamming breakfast biscuit sandwich with a extra slice of cheese

When I would make these, I would lay the bacon on Saran Wrap. Then put the sausage on and add my stuffing. When I was ready to roll, I’d just lift the Saran Wrap and let gravity to the work.
Then, you wrap it in Saran Wrap and treat it like a rolling pin with handles. The SW would tighten up and pinch those ends much better

Looks good! Only issue is the bacon weave ended up IN the roll. It's usually easier to roll the meat and then cover in the bacon weave to keep the bacon on the outside.
That has to be one of the best "keto" breakfast I've seen. Will definitely be making that this coming weekend. Thank you for another great video.

If adding onions or peppers, should they be cooked in a pan for a few minutes, or can you just add to the eggs without cooking? Great video!

Great recipe! Made it on Sunday night only took about 10min to make and wrapped it up put it in the fridge and it turned out perfect!!!
This recipe was AMAZING! I used the cheap dollar tree Memphis rub (which is actually legit to use for a $1.25) on the sausage and sprinkled a little on the bacon weave and 90 minutes later, Perfection! Thanks.

Just got our set of meat church spices in the mail. Smells devine cannot wait to try it out. Do you think the fajita spice would work on beer can chicken or is it better to use the all purpose.
There's a guy where I'm from in New York that inside the bacon weave does sausage, cheese, bbq sauce and bacon bits and cuts it in thick disks and put it on a sandwich. He calls it a bacon bomb. It's delicious!

Looks so good! I’d spread a thick layer of cheese grits on there too.

Have you tried searing at the end of the smoke to make the bacon crispy? Any thoughts on how to make the bacon crispy
Instead of using wax paper, use plastic wrap. You can roll it and tighten the ends like a Tootsie Roll. That shapes it into a perfect loaf/log shape and keeps it tight.
