CHICKEN LIVER ADOBO | ADOBONG ATAY NG MANOK | Easy Recipe | Kusinerong Kapampangan

  • Simpleng simple lang ang pagluto ng Chicken Liver Adobo. Kailangan lang ng kaunting pag-iingat sa paghalo at ng hindi malusaw ang ating atay ng manok. Ang ating menu for today ay medyo matamis ng very light at maanghang din ng very light lang.
    Ingredients:
    1 kg chicken liver
    2 tbsp cooking oil
    1 whole minced garlic
    1 medium size chopped onion
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tbsp vinegar
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tsp chili flakes
    1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
    2 pcs bay leaves
    2 tbsp white sugar (or brown)
    1 tsp ground peppercorns

    Hindi ako Kapampangan but they're one of the few na super warm na mga tao and very hospitable sa mga strangers. Syempre ang luto nila, walang sablay. Basta Kapampangan, Manyaman!

      Just make sure na hugas na hugas para mawala yung dugo na nagpapalansa, at na drain na bago lutuin.
