Good video man, underrated for sure but I think you’ll be happy to know that you ended up at the top of my recommended feed, I didn’t have to search to find you at all
For some riders that may be the case! From how I ride I'll change my grip for different tricks; a barspin versus doing a turndown. Perhaps a wider grip would allow you to hop higher
I think you should focus on posture/hop. I've been riding a lot of switch foot lately and when I'll rotate I'll notice foot slippage and not implementing the tuck. I can rotate both ways reg foot and almost both ways oppo foot. But I think my videos/ website blogs on posture and how to hop will help you. If you learn correct posture and snap it correctly the feet should be secure to the pedals with tension in the legs, because you are compressing the weight into the pedal and as you explode your pulling the bike upward so the pedals should be compressed into your feet throughout
good, btw watching a 360 vid, they look even easier guy Seth is just spinning, less ground is covered than in the 180. It’s weird he does say looking is important, it’s hard to tell if he is & actually looks like he is looking the opposite way of his rotation, it’s really momentum whipping his head. he makes em look p easy & hopping onto picnic tables too, then he’ll case a low deck.
a lot of people say to look over the shoulders on 180/360 but they're not super complex rotations that you would. These are more explosive movements. You hear that on how to flair. "use your head" but its a simple drop of the shoulder that does it
Dude, Thinking about shoulders (and not about your head/face) is eye opening for me! Thanks!
game changing right?
Yeah me too. Seeing that just made 180s so much more achievable. I can't fakie for shit but I can 180 now haha
Me too bro

That is pretty awesome my stuff is getting reach! My question for you is; is that how you found my content or are you from over on IG?
I've been waiting for this video, great job man! Last week I've learned 180 but fakies are pain in the ass.
Soon I want to do a video on fakies, be on the look out!
Can you do how to fakie manual ?
Very soon! I want to do how to manual first
It is the same way in flyout?
should be similar, eventually will do flyout 180 tutorial!
Top teaching content ( hop wip next?)
Yes, soon. I am working on that one in the near future
Really helpful man
Glad to hear it!
I have been looking for this
You have found what you have been looking for! More content like this coming in the future, big plans on that
thank you billy
thank you!
Nice My brother 🔥🤜🏻
Thank you brother
Might be a dumb question but does how close in your hands are on the bar make a difference of how high you can hop

@@bmxforbeginners thanks man! im gonna have to experiment a bit. Great content by the way your videos help a ton
It definitely depends on how tall you are/bar height/bar width, for me a slightly narrower grip gets me higher
Thanks G
Any time
Not sure if it’s Because we’re not committing me and my friends front foot is coming off the pedal
