Hey George, love the videos and the message you give us! Love it! Quick Question, been trying to incorporate conditioning to my normal Lifting (PPL) and also and a slight surplus. Does it not make it harder to be in a surplus when doing this kind of programm where you combine lifting & conditioning as you burn more calories, and that resulting in to eating more food to gain weight?
