- The GOP-led House impeached Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on a second attempt after the resolution failed last week. He is the first Cabinet secretary to be impeached in nearly 150 years. The vote tally was 214 to 213 with three Republicans siding with Democrats. #cnn #news
So the GOP decided NOT to pass funding and policy changes they asked for to secure the border, but instead made this waste of a vote.
That was a path to legalizing illegal immigrants bill. We want a border security bill. Stop listing to MSM.
Agree! Biden should just reinstate the executive orders that trump put in place, like Remain in Mexico, that Biden reversed on day one. That doesn’t cost anything or require congress to act.

What border bill? Do you mean the foreign aid bill? The democratic party has preached about wanting open borders for over a decade. The Republican party has remained strong at shutting down the border. Countless examples beyond the fact that democrats: Created sanctuary jurisdictions. Democrats pulled a complete 180 by removing policies that made migrants think twice about illegal entry. Democrats pushed against building the border wall. Democrats pushed against title 42. Democrats fought to remove barb wire fencing before they couldn't stop the removal. Democrats then tried to stop Texas from installing razor wire (Texas rights are being violated), and then democrats didn't want the national guard to protect the border from illegal crossings, etc. Harris and Mayorkus both originally stated that the border was secure, literally days before they both continuously got exposed big time in massive numbers! Etc.
