Congrats on hitting that 5000 videos mark! It really is wild when you consider most of your videos being lengthy. We can only joke about the quality of those first videos because technology has moved forward so much since then. Honestly, when you consider the tools you had available to even make that first video - it looks great and shows that you wanted to share your passion for the game. All in all, it's the first drop in the bucket. It's surprising we can even read the screen considering you were filming a CRT. I still don't know how you would remove screen flicker while recording a CRT. I got a 200lb CRT kind of recently and look forward to my next playthrough being the original international version for PS2. Thanks for everything you do and the awesome community you've brought together.
Random stats from what you said in the video. Average run time of 30 minutes per video times 5000 videos is 104.16 days of content uploaded, or 2500 hours. 15 years 6 months(or 186 months) for 5000 videos is an average upload rate of 26.88 videos per month. Damn near a video per day. Insane!
What's crazy to me is just how much freaking work it takes to record a good video with no issues, high-quality but not too long, finding space for several terabytes of video, editing that, adding commentary, music, etc... Absolutely astounding amount of work. And the dedication is to be commended.
You’re a legend bro!! I don’t know how long I’ve been subscribed, but I have came back to your channel countless times. Thank you for all that you do!! 🙏
My first video I watch on your channel is FFX HD Walkthrough Commentary crazy that 10 years a go. I'm turnning 31 this year. The signs of we getting old is we love to look back what in the past. 2025 I hope you doing well Dangs08 hope that I can still enjoy your content in the next 10 years.
Iirc CRTs load the imagine like that(in lines top to bottom) much faster than our eyes can perceive. Your camera was faster than our eyes, even back then. XD Congrats on the milestone. 🎉🎉🎉
What a big difference Now and before Congratulations keep going man you the most person that I enjoy see his videos thank u for still uploading videos for us
Your video remind me of my experience. For me it was voice recording the song "1000 words" of FFX2. I really like that song at that time and I have no idea how to get the song on my Nokia phone. So I placed my phone near the speaker of TV when the song came while playing.

Blast from the past! Love it 😎
Happy 5000 videos! This was a very amusing watch
waiting for the 10000th video
Wow as if times fly by
I have a CRT still as well as a flat screen since the older systems don't look as good on the flat screen.
…it was the style at the time 😂
❤❤❤
Imagine he just plays the video, then at the end silently delete it and end the video lol
So then later on, you'll have to react to this video.
I think all Millenials had a dot-dot-dot phase as some point in their lives. Congrats!
I still do it lol. For me it came from copying the text boxes on FF7 & 8
I'm still in the ... Phase
Had that exact same phone lmao
40 subs a video
is "react" videos still a thing wow i was hoping that shit would die out
